He worked with other banks to get us a low rate! There was a gentleman at the front desk, whose name I can't recall. He was awesome too! He knew a lot about the car we bought and was so helpful. The whole process was smooth and orderly. Oh! In addition, I liked that an insurance rep. came out to help us and let us know a quote would be sent to us. That was a great add! He was very kind too!
