I enjoyed my experience with Kyle as the conductor for my purchase, as I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, and easy going. I'm leery of all car dealerships based on years of stereotypical encounters and behavior, but my experience at Motor Werks has gone a long way to change that forever. I custom ordered this amazing fully loaded M550i BEAST; Chris Lima and Christ Holloway both hand-held-help me throughout the entire process, from placing my order, to tracking the actual production progress, to tracking the transatlantic delivery. Tom Zapata arranged for a 650i Loaner while my M550i was prepped and window-tinted. Once ready, the actual delivery was so very smooth including the financials. I got a fair deal on the car and the post purchase service exceeds anything in the area by far. The service department cares for the car I think more than I do and is beyond helpful. Morris with the insurance department made my transition flawless. John with the finance team worked really hard to get me the best deal.
