We have been searching for our next X5 for several mo This was not our first time buying a BMW, but it was the best experience we have ever received. We have been searching for our next X5 for several months, checking out several dealerships (via the internet) that were located in OH, IN, MI, MN and IL. MW kept coming up in our search and finally had one with the options we were looking for and the interior color my wife had to have (not black!). From our first emails with Mike and Robert we felt like valued customers. Once we had settled on a price and made the appointment the customer service kicked into high gear. Robert called and told us exactly what we needed to bring, proof of insurance since we were out of state, how much could be placed on a credit card, and assisted with possible financing. Robert called the night before and the morning of our visit to make sure we were coming and had everything in hand. Once we arrived we were again treated very nicely. All of the employees had smiles on their faces, dressed impeccably well and appeared to truly enjoy their job and fellow team members. We made this a family event and our girls simply enjoyed themselves. They loved the vanilla bean frappe's and courtesy of the team. The vehicle we were interested in was all detailed and clean, ready for our inspection. We test drove, asked questions, received answers, asked more questions, received more answers, and all with the upmost courtesy. After deciding to purchase Robert then took us step by step through all of the major and minor details of the vehicle making sure my wife fully understood. There was even a button missing on one of the dials and he replaced it himself. Signing the papers and financing were smooth and painless. Since being home, Robert has called to follow up and continues to impress. I could go on. Sure they have black on black if you want it, but they also have other interiors, exteriors and models that other dealers can't or won't get. Worked with Haroon, who was courteous, professional, low-pressure and upfront. He also was very accommodating and went above and beyond the call to make sure we were satisfied with the car and the experience. Would recommend MW, and would definitely buy from them again. More

Let me start by saying that Motor Werks is the most impressive dealership that I've ever seen. It's a huge place, with friendly staff and even has a Starbucks inside!
