My salesman, Sahil (Sean) Chokshi, listened carefully to me as I described what I wanted and didn't try to steer me into a different vehicle. He and New Car Manager Michael Gargano communicated with me regularly over the course of a couple of weeks as I searched for the right vehicle. BMW Genius Kevin Whitney answered my technical questions. I also received a courtesy call from General Manager Chris Lima to make sure that i was happy with the process. Agnes hustled to get me a 2017 BMW 530xi after the car has only been out for a month and she got me it within 2 weeks by making calls and doing what she had to do to make it happen...the general manager there is Chris Lima and I couldn't have been more proud to have meet a person that actually cares for his customers and his employees. The overall service that I received from the entire staff has been amazing. Logan sat with me for over an hour teaching me all the features that this car had and made sure I felt comfortable before driving off the lot. I deliberated between the BMW and another vehicle much closer, but the customer service from Sean and Andy sealed the deal. Once the price of my trade in and the BMW were determined Ryan was able to provide very attractive financing terms. Sean and Andy arranged to have my trade in picked up and the BMW delivered to my house 250+ miles away. The entire purchase process was by phone and Fedex. I normally purchase all of my vehicles via a phone call, however this transaction involved a trade in and some dealers are unwilling to purchase a vehicle based on pictures and a description. More

Great service until you buy I recently purchased a vehicle from MW and have to say the experience was awesome. Especially from my sales person. BUT now I have a different perspective after blpurchasing my car and trying to deal with the Ryan the finance guy and Chris the GM after the fact. The conversations went from "we are here if you ever need anything" to not returning a phone call. They put a deposit on my credit card to hold the car and will not refund the card now that I bought the car. It's even worse that I have left multiple phone messages and neither will call back.
