The service here is fantastic. I talked to Harry Gianos about the 535 I saw online and arranged to meet up with him after work for a test drive. The car was ready for me before I got there. The test drive was great and he showed me all the features of the car without spouting all the catch phrases that nobody wants to hear. I traded in my Audi, and not once did I hear Harry say anything bad about the Audi brand (unlike other places that I visited). The trade in price on my old car was exactly what I expected and there was no arguing. I got together with Harry and Lou Floros and we came to a mutual agreement on the price of the car without the back and forth haggling that one usually expects. Next up was Ryan Durso in finance. He laid out my options and answered all my questions. He was extremely patient and generous and did not try to sell me any options that I did not want. One of the BMW Genius' then took me to my new ride and showed me what all the buttons do. A nice touch I may add. All in all it was the best car buying experience I have had. No high pressure sales tactics. No threats that two other people are interested in the same car and that I need to get it today or it may not be around tomorrow. Everyone here is in a good mood and very friendly. The Genius' even followed up twice so far to make sure I didn't have any questions about how the car and the features work. For your background, I'm 23 years young - I could tell as I walked into the dealership the other salesmen were snickering and talking behind my back seeing as a 23-year old doesn't buy a BMW everyday. I didn't get ANY sort of that negative vibe from Harry and I am very appreciative of that. He very patiently answered my questions about the vehicle and the CPO warranty before we went on the test drive. Before we started the test drive, he explained a lot of the features to me. He got very detailed to the point of saying how turning on the automatic rain sensor wipers also brings in the brake calipers of the car to provide a shorter stop time in the rain. His upbeat attitude and enthusiasm throughout the entire process was absolutely refreshing compared to other test drives I've been on and other salesmen I've dealt with. Even after bringing in my parents and having them test drive another day, Harry and Andy did not apply any pressure to buy as we left the dealership. I cannot express how relieving that feels. EVERY OTHER DEALERSHIP would pop the question "What will it take for you to take this car home today?" Harry and Andy were willing to accommodate to our schedules by staying past 8PM on multiple occasions. The service my family and I received from Harry and Andy was exceptional. We were honestly deciding between 2 cars (diesel vs. gas) and Andy sat down and took the time to talk to my parents and I. I truly didn't feel like a customer, but like family, the way Andy treated us. Throughout the entire process, Andy was very transparent, helpful, and worked with us to ensure we were absolutely happy with the car we were purchasing. Sean immediately worked with me to schedule an appointment to see and drive the car. After a very fast and professional discussion with Sean and the GM, Chris Lima, we arrived at a very fair price and bought the car. No delays, no issues, no sell-ups, etc. just a GREAT buying experience all around. Chris and Ryan (Finance Mgr) made the paperwork completely painless (usually the worst part about buying a new car!) and I ended up buying a long term extended warranty, wheel protection, etc. again all my choice at VERY fair prices! No pressure here at all. Since the sale, the follow-up and support have been outstanding. They truly role model great customer service.
