Super responsive and very motivated to get a deal done. Here is the long version of my experience with Motor Werks and Kash: I called after seeing an ad on autotrader.com for the a 2015 M6 Gran Coupe and when I asked to be connected to sales, I was put through to Kash Mirza. That was the first positive- I actually spoke to a salesman on my first call rather than having to leave a message. I have been shopping nationwide for M5/M6 for 6-8 months and with the vast majority of dealerships I have called, my call was not answered and would go through to voicemail in the sales department resulting in a call back several hours later (and some times no call back at all). After Kash and I briefly discussed the vehicle, I asked him about it’s condition, so he told me he would call me back in a few minutes when he could look at it and be at the vehicle while we talked. Again with other dealers/salesmen, I would hope to get called back within 2-3 hours, but with Kash, my phone was ringing 10 minutes later and he was at the vehicle able to look it over and comment on it. I am in Virginia and due to the relative rarity of M6 Gran Coupes, I knew I would need to purchase out of my geographical area. Out of state purchase certainly creates some challenges for both the buyer and the salesman/dealership. With many salesmen I called at other dealers, they didn’t really seem to want to work with a remote buyer, but Kash clearly wanted to make things work from the very beginning, and that gave me much more confidence in moving forward. The car was pretty well priced, but I always want to be able to negotiate somewhat, particularly on a large purchase like this. We went back and forth a couple times but in short order we able to come to a price agreement. From there we had a lot of details to figure out including financing and shipping the vehicle. Every step of the way Kash was so awesome! I don’t think a single call I made to him went to his voicemail (and completing this deal took a lot of calls)! At various times we communicated by text and email as well and he was always so on top of things. When the finance dept. was backed up, he made every effort to move things along for me. When the vehicle arrived, it was just as described (gorgeous) and I am just so thrilled with my amazing M6 and my experience with Kash! I highly recommend him, especially for out of state purchase! More

However, the quality vehicle, the friendly, helpful, professional and non-pushy interaction with this sales team, the huge selection of vehicles and the gorgeous and welcoming showroom abolished all of my concerns! When a few minor issues were brought to Haroon's attention, he replied promptly and made the situation right. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and made all of the confusing paperwork understandable. I've never encountered a dealership that seems far more concerned with keeping their customers happy than they are with simply moving cars. I love this place and am extremely impressed with the entire organization thus far!! Kudos to a well managed operation! More
