Erik Swanson was immensely helpful throughout the process. He documented the issue, arranged for a loaner, and communicated consistently with me as they tried to replicate the problem we were experiencing. I happened to have a picture of the display when it was malfunctioning and they were able to use that to further diagnose the problem. Erik was not in a hurry to get the car out of his shop but took the appropriate amount of time necessary. He respectfully requested to keep the car for several days after the repair to make sure the problem didn't surface again. Erik communicated with me daily (email or phone) and routinely said he wanted to give us the car back only once he knew it was working error free. More

When we went to the showroom, the Client advisor Barry Sias whom I worked with earlier was busy, their Sales Manager Derec Jordon met us, made sure we were comfortable and assigned another Client Advisor Chris Gargano to work with us. Chris patiently worked with to find the car of our liking. We went in to buy a CPO model which was sold earlier that day, Chris and Derec helped us find another X5 which met all our needs. Barry Sias also would stop by in between to ensure that we were being helped. All through out the process there was no pressure on us. Their General Sales Manager Christopher Lima also ensured that we were taken care off. Finally their Accounts Manager helped us in getting a low interest financing. All prices were given upfront and there were no surprises. Overall it is great team with strong customer focus. We walked out with an New X5, no buyers remorse and great experience. I would strongly recommend this dealership to my friends, family and others trying to decide on this dealership. Thank you Motorwerks Team !!! More

Both parties are trying to make a deal and that is understandable and the bottom line is we felt good, tired, but happy with the outcome. One probably can say I could of done better, but that is true for anything. The one negative was the time. Part of it is our fault for really narrowing down the right vehicle, and I am thrilled they spent the time to do so. But when it came to the paperwork that took a little longer than expected, which is fine, but there was no place to relax. Motor Werks is under construction and there needs to be a lounge area, perhaps narrow in width but decent lengthwise, where people can sit, read, get a bite to eat (tables, lounge chairs, sofa). More
Great Scammers: Sales & Service I am beyond unhappy with my 2005 BMW X5 purchase. I purchased the car (pre-owned) about a year ago and pretty much have had nothing but problems with I am beyond unhappy with my 2005 BMW X5 purchase. I purchased the car (pre-owned) about a year ago and pretty much have had nothing but problems with it. I took it to the dealership once for issues I was having with the car, and have learned my lesson to never take it back there to get repaired as they are beyond overpriced and will inform you that several other things are wrong with the car, when actually they are not. Maybe because I am a girl and they thought they could scam me into getting more money. But I got a few other estimates from other dealerships as well as gas stations and stand-alone repair shops, etc who told me completely differently information – however all of these other places did tell me similar things and completely opposite of what Motor Werks BMW told me and all quoted me close to $4,000 less. I am also extremely annoyed that I have had to fix majority of my door handles, which I have come to find out is a huge problem with these kinds of cars. I was ripped-off when I purchased this car and cannot wait to get a new car from a different dealership as I will never go back here. More

Look am a very picky guy, I have a Mercedes, had a Audi A8L, but the BMW from motor Werks save's me, a lot of worries. My car is faster, sharper, a "Trophy Horse." They don't have an award for that ? Trophies? But I bought one a 2014 750I xdrive. Hey good service, great folks to talk to, if you have a different opinion call me, 541 728 3237 but i tell you am a IT guy, am picky, this place rocks 5 STAR. More

MW sales couldn't or wouldn't create a config after getting a quote for a lease of a FO bmw from a different dealer, I came to MW to get their quote. MW sales couldn't or wouldn't create a configuration for the car as the other dealer did for me (in the form of a vehicle inquiry report). I wouldn't use MW for a BMW FO in future. More
