I worked with Daniel and he did a great job of ensuring I had all the information I needed before deciding to make a long trip to purchase a vehicle from MotorWerks vs another dealer closer by. The car and price were both excellent and I was even able to charge my EV while signing the paperwork which was a nice benefit and saved me from an extra stop. I appreciated how well the vehicle history was communicated beforehand and they did a good job getting me a temporary registration even though I came from out of state. I think the the actual signing process could be improved slightly but that's an extremely minor detail in an otherwise great experience. I would absolutely purchase another car from this dealership and would recommend them to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience. More

I found BMW of Barrington to be a very pleasant place to purchase a vehicle. The easiest process of purchasing a vehicle in a long time. My only concerns were the protection plan that is added to every veh purchase a vehicle. The easiest process of purchasing a vehicle in a long time. My only concerns were the protection plan that is added to every vehicle but is not mentioned until you start talking numbers. It is an extra $1995 cost that is quietly built into their pricing. The other issue I had was with requiring BMW financing in order to get a discount on the price. Minor "surprises" in an otherwise very positive experience. As far as my experience working with Jorge, I could not have been more pleased. Jorge was professional, patient and knowledgeable. We spent a lot of time looking at models and test driving cars so the time we spent there was long but it was not because of the dealership. If you want an enjoyable buying experience I would strongly recommend working with Jorge. Kara (BMW Genius) was also wonderful to work with in showing us the many features available with our X3. More
