This is the 2nd or 3rd BMW I got from Agnes; she really is the best & I won’t buy a car from anyone else! Agnes is not your “average sales person”, she is knowledgeable, honest, accurate AND quick!! She makes you feel like a friend, or family member & treats you with the highest customer service & respect. This was another unforgettable car buying experience with Agnes. Motor Werks is lucky to have such an incredible & dedicated employee representing their store! Shreena was a HUGE help during this experience as well! She was there to help answer all the questions I had regarding my early lease termination & she even signed me up for the Special BMW Driving Event which got me an extra $1,000 rebate on the new car!!! Mr. Thijs DeKool is my last honorable mention of the experience . He did a great job explaining the value of my trade. Already doing my research ahead of time, I knew what my vehicle was worth. Right off the bat, Thijs offered me a fair & solid number that I could not refuse!!! Together, they made me feel confident about making the trade for this new beauty!
