This is the 2nd or 3rd BMW I got from Agnes; she really is the best & I won’t buy a car from anyone else! Agnes is not your “average sales person”, she is knowledgeable, honest, accurate AND quick!! She makes you feel like a friend, or family member & treats you with the highest customer service & respect. This was another unforgettable car buying experience with Agnes. Motor Werks is lucky to have such an incredible & dedicated employee representing their store! Shreena was a HUGE help during this experience as well! She was there to help answer all the questions I had regarding my early lease termination & she even signed me up for the Special BMW Driving Event which got me an extra $1,000 rebate on the new car!!! Mr. Thijs DeKool is my last honorable mention of the experience . He did a great job explaining the value of my trade. Already doing my research ahead of time, I knew what my vehicle was worth. Angel was the most helpful and knowledgeable auto salesman I've ever worked with. We purchased our BMW without ever visiting the dealership or driving the car. Angel helped with doing a through vid salesman I've ever worked with. We purchased our BMW without ever visiting the dealership or driving the car. Angel helped with doing a through video walk-around and spending much time with us on the phone answering questions. He arranged delivery of the car to us via a transport company.
