This is definitely the best BMW dealer (not one of the best) that you could find in the Midwest. The price on my new X3 is very aggressive and comparable to those in the east/west coast. I live in MI so I was concerned that when I drove there, they would give me another price (even though I would just say no because I would just shop somewhere else). It turned out that they were honest, the whole transaction took literately less than half an hour starting from my arrival. Mike is very nice, when I mentioned that I have a small crack on the rear bumper of my previous lease car, he immediately suggested that they would fix it for free. BTW, this dealership seems to be super busy. When I was there, all the sales associates were talking to their clients, and that's 5pm on Saturday. More

Amazing service until I took delivery. My salesperson was great. I bought the car sight unseen and the car was shipped. Up until that point, everything was awesome. I had roof rails and a black grill put on, and was going to put hitch on but decided to do that after it arrived. Major issues with the shipping company, which is not Barrington's fault. 5 days of "I'll be there sometime in the next couple days" kind of responses from the shipping company. I almost ended up just telling them to turn around but Barrington ended up covering that cost. Again, not Barrington's fault. When I finally got the car, the salesman called and asked how everything was, which other than the shipping issues...was fine. Up until shipping, 5 stars. I'd still give 5 stars with the shipping issues because that wasn't their fault. I'm giving a "3" because...1. I have asked in text/email/voicemail for my purchase paperwork multiple times. I still don't have it. 2. They didn't send a temp tag. I have been pulled over twice and eventually had to go to DMV (2 hour wait) and pay for one. They never sent one. The salesman told me I should have shown them my paperwork...I don't have any. 3. I was told multiple times that the car would come with floor mats. When they weren't there, I was told they would send some. They never did. 4. Salesman asked me for the hitch model so they could credit some of it back for the shipping hassle. I sent everything over to him and after several weeks of "checking in"...nothing. I get it that it's one sale. Just remember to get all this stuff wrapped up before you actually sign and take delivery. More

Yesenia was fantastic from the negotiation stage as well, but also through the custom ordering of the M850, through the actual manufacturing of it, through the transportation and shipping of the vehicle from Germany to the USA, all the way through the delivery. I ahem nothing but praise for both Chris and Yesenia, not to mention Tom Zapata whom also has been there for me at every step of this, but also throughout the entire time I own the cars. More
