We had two different CPO X2 SAV's to look at and Agnes was great about explaining the differences between the two vehicles as well as highlighting differences between the SAV's and the 328 Xi coupe that was her current car. My mother and I appreciated the respect shown by Agnes during the process and her patience in answering ALL of the questions that my mother posed. The process of trading in our coupe and arranging BMW Financing could not have been easier or done more quickly. Having the whole transaction at Agnes' desk made the long day much more relaxed and less confrontational. After everything was done and signed, there were big hugs between my Mom, Special mention to Andy Shah who was able to "sooth and smooth-out" the rough spots in our negotiations. Speaking of which...we looked and had shopped 6 other BMW dealerships before making the drive to Motorwerks. In hindsight, we should have gone there first. Their "as posted" price was better than we had expected to find and the relaxed manner to do business just made everything a breeze. Hard to imagine buying a car from any other team based on what we experienced at BMW Motorwerks. I would anyone looking to buy a BMW to speak with Agnes. As a BMW ambassador, I would be hard-pressed to imagine anyone better! More

He had the car ready for us to test drive upon our arrival. Leo is very professional and easy to work with. I was also highly impressed with Michael Gargano - the sales manager. He took a personal interest as well in working with us to address our questions in a very positive manner. (also with the highest level of integrity). We had an excellent experience at Motor Werks BMW. They had the 2 vehicles we saw on their website ready for us to test drive upon our arrival. We waited less than 2 minutes to see Agnes, our salesperson. had the 2 vehicles we saw on their website ready for us to test drive upon our arrival. We waited less than 2 minutes to see Agnes, our salesperson. We found her to be very low-pressure and honest about the vehicles. Because our visit was quite late on a Saturday, she took all of our information and had the car delivered to our home (approximately 20 miles away) the following Tuesday. The gentlemen who delivered the car took at least 30 minutes to spend with me explaining all of the features and even programmed my garage remote and helped set up Bluetooth. Excellent service and price was terrific for the car we really wanted!! More
