Came in from Rochester, NY I just wanted to take a few minutes to extend my appreciation to Barrington,. BMW and in particular all the people involved with my transaction. Wednesday morning (October 16th) I jumped on a flight to go from Rochester, NY to Chicago to pick up this car - 2015 335i. The car was used, and while not "cheap", it wasn't close to the dollar value of most of the other cars on the lot. That didn't matter. The way I was treated you'd think I was buying a $150,000 car. Tyler picked up at the airport - on time. Huge deal for me! As if flying wasn't bad enough, I didn't want to stand around the airport any more. When I walked into the dealership I was exhausted. From being up at 3am EST to catch this flight. I'm wearing beat down clothes, a backpack on my back, and I just wanted everything to go right. It did. Right off the bat, Ryan comes over (excitedly) and grabs my hand and thanks me for flying in and making the trip to buy a car from Barrington. Then Jerry came over and did the same. The entire time everyone making sure I was comfortable, and asking if I needed anything to relax from the flight. Yesenia was absolutely fantastic through the whole buying experience. From the phone call and text messages answering my questions and giving me direct instructions on how to make the deal go smoothly. I met her shortly after I was greeted when I came in. We took the car for a test drive, looked it all over (it was better than the pictures showed), and went in to do the paperwork. We were done within a half hour. After that, Tommy came over and introduced himself as the resident BMW interface "nerd" and he spent at least a half hour with me going over all the iDrive stuff and options and things that I'd never have found on my own without guidance. Take note dealerships in other cities ... THIS ... is how you treat customers. If I'm ever in the market for a vehicle again, and Barrington represents the brand, they will absolutely be my first call. More

Best Car Buying Experience!!!!! It’s been 9 years since I bought a car because I was too anxious to go through the paperwork, hassling, and stress. Also, because I am a women buying a high end vehicle, I was afraid of being cheated. I went to Motor Werks and Agnes was a complete angel. I bought the car I really wanted and the process was short and painless. I could not believe that all of my paperwork was electronic and we didn’t have to wait for any other personnel because Agnes sold me the car, did the business side, offered me warranties, and brought my car to the entrance for me to drive off. I will definitely drive from Wisconsin to Illinois again in three years to buy another vehicle from Agnes!!!!!! Oh and most importantly, there is a free Starbucks on site!!! Need I say more? More

We worked with Client Advisors Victor Giampaolo and Yesenia Cruz they were both very patient and accommodating in time spent with test drives and selecting an X3. Ryan Durso and Michael Gargano assisted Yesenia in the negotiations for an agreed trade and purchase. Yesenia made the paperwork process easy and painless while Ryan welcomed us to the Motor Werks circle and assured us that he was there to assist us anytime. When we took delivery of the X3, BMW Genius Ashourina Isho and Product Specialist Zachary Johnson, methodically went over all of the features and options, especially those controlled via the iDrive. We had what seemed a major concern over a technological functional blip when moving from the 2016 X4 to a 2020 X3. Ashourina took responsibility to resolve our concern with the assistance of Zachery, Victor and Yesenia. The resulting answer was in the upgrades of the iDrive system and electronics between 2016 and 2020. This team worked above and beyond the call, with Ashourina providing timely updates, and Ashourina, Victor and Zachary spending their time and extra effort to provide superb customer satisfaction. The important thing is that this team did not once make us feel that our problem was not their concern and that they wanted to make sure they did not quit until we were satisfied that they had done what they could to give us an answer. Yes, we are extremely happy with the positive attitude of a winning Motor Werks team. The "new" Motor Werks Barrington BMW transformation is a pleasant surprise. Thanks to all. More
