Matt was wonderful to work with —even though he had just started a couple of weeks earlier I was impressed with how knowledgable and dedicated he was. The only hiccup in the process was the total amount of time it took to complete everything, but that is partly due to it being a busy Saturday and also due to Matt's thoroughness in making sure we considered all available options so we would be happy with our purchase. The staff, facility and overall process steps were of a high caliber. Matt and Mike were excellent in terms of customer interaction and focus. And I love my new X3, which was very reasonably priced.
