First of all I want to say thank you to Tom Zapata for picking up my car from my office, and dropping me off a loaner while I waited for my car to be done with its repairs. That service alone is something I have never even heard off. Back to Victor, not only did he do a great job getting my oil changed, but he was also able to replace 2 rear tires, and repair my damaged wheels at no cost due to a warranty I had purchased through BMW @ the time of my lease. This is one of the best service centers/ dealerships you can go to buy or lease your next car. On the other note I wanted to give a shout out to an amazing sales adviser Agnes Greda, & GM Chris Lima. The experience. 2. The staff. 3. The Dealer. Once I decided on the Z4 35iS I had to find it. I knew it wasn't to be found in Oklahoma so I started a nationwide search. Motor Werks did a phenomenal job helping me find it. Not only was it a sponsored ad on Car Gurus and Carfax, but I also found it on the USAA car buying service which was important to me as a USAA member and the additional financing discounts from buying through their service. OK - so I found it, it has a "Good Deal" price below market. So now what? Well within a couple of minutes of inquiring through the USAA website - I got a text message and a call from Yesenia Cruz. She was very professional and very detailed and provided me a chance to hear more details about the car, the process she could support and was very knowledgeable about the not just the Z4 itself but what we would need to do before I could commit and book a flight. A few hours later the decision was made and Yesenia had the ball rolling. I was able to catch an early flight and actually arrived at Motor Werks an hour before they opened. I went back to the service center to beg for a cup of coffee. After a quick introduction I was offered not just a cup of coffee but a brief tour of the facility and a sneak peak of the Z4 getting detailed. More about the facility at the end. I was then shown the BMW showroom floor where I had about 20 mins wait before the staff started arriving. Chris Lima was the first to arrive and after spotting me sitting in the dark waiting anxiously he immediately greeted me and it took about 2 seconds to realize what I have experienced with my local BMW of Tulsa. These are not sales people. These are enthusiasts that just happen to have a career selling what the love. Chis even agreed to lease an X3 M next year and drive it to let it depreciate just enough I might be able to afford it. ;). Yesenia arrived early as well and she was aware I was needing to get on the road quickly as I had an 11 hour drive ahead of me back to Tulsa. What an absolute professional, friendly and pleasurable experience working with Yesenia. A true world class salesperson. She had everything in order in less than 24 hours and is one of the major reasons I was able to make a decision from 600 miles away. Yesenia is a true gem in the car buying world and I am confident that not only Motor Werks knows this but her customers have experienced this as well. Regarding the dealership. WOW - is about the only single word to describe. I have always believed that pride can be a virtue if it is for the right reasons. From the service bays (which looked like a clean air fab, not an automotive garage) to the visible processes and care given to each vehicle, I knew there was absolutely no reason to hesitate driving away with 600 miles ahead of me. Once Yesenia got my copies and paperwork packet finalized, the Z4 with a full tank of gas was ready and waiting. Upon getting ready to leave, a BMW Genius was ready for any final questions and even the original sales guy from 2014 was able to share some additional personal details about my Z4 before I left. So, whether you are in the Chicago area or looking to purchase online from across the country - I can vouch for the family experience and world class treatment from BMW of Barrington and the level of professionalism that the entire staff I interacted with was. They made the whole experience fun and memorable and completely eliminated the "Car buying" experience by making it personable and extremely amiable. Thank You More

Buying easy I came here from the city to test drive a used vehicle and potentially make a purchase. I was so impressed by the lot and volume of cars they have. Everyone was very friendly and very attentive, I had the pleasure to go on the test drive with Shreena, she was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and if she didn’t know something she didn’t fake it she would find out and give me a correct response, I really liked that! No pushy salesman tactic. I decided to make a purchase and my financing manager was Aldijana. She was a dream to work with, very friendly and bubbly, but best of all caring. Not only did she get me the best rate possible (I know because I’ve visited other dealerships prior) but she also made sure I was ok with the decision and the car I selected. She was so detailed in explaining every single thing I was signing. I was so impressed with her knowledge and the fact that she cared enough to make sure I was satisfied after I drove of the lot. My “genius” was Zach, he showed me all the features and how to work them on my new X2, he was so friendly and didn’t care that some things I might have asked a couple times lol I’ve purchased/leased many cars but this was the best experience I’ve had thus far!
