My new 440i xdrive I was ready to trade in my 535 and contacted 5 different BMW dealers. Agnes came to lowest offer which shows she won’t play game. All others contacted me second attempt with lowering their first offer but still couldn’t beat Agnes’s price. I liked strait forward honest approach. She was very proactive after I decided to go with her. Great follow up with personal touch. I would definitely work with her when I buy next BMW and highly recommend her to everyone who considering buying BMW. When my new 440 was delivered, all other employees helped me with very efficient steps. When I had a first service month later, their service Dept did pick up/drop off service which was very time efficient and easy! Actually this was my second time I bought my BMW from Burlington. I’m very particular about purchasing the car. The dealer needs to be good with many ways. I did a lot of research and this was result. Burlington is the best BMW dealer for sure. More

I was in search for the X5 plug-in hybrid EV and they had a fully loaded model which matched my needs. Agnes and Michael Gargano locked up the final terms so I could make the drive up, finalize the paperwork, and drive-off. I wrapped up with Ryan Durso in Finance, and being a numbers guy I was relieved my pre-calculated numbers matched his final sheet. Good team to work with and will return. More

Sold Car with Deposit Thought I had a purchase, took my CC ...shady operation. BEWARE (From Mr Lopez) There's no easy way to put this as I was just informed this and I feel the best thing to do is to just tell you the truth. Saturday night after I checked up with Mike if we can send a porter out to get the paperwork signed and brought back to us same day, he approved...This morning when I came in I found out about a deal with another sales adviser that went late Saturday Night after we left with the a closing manager whom didn't realize this was a Sold Vehicle. I am extremely sorry about this incident and It pains me that I had to be the one to break the news to you. I have notified the opening manager and Mike about the matter and we are looking into a solution to this matter. I am actively working on finding an alternative vehicle for you. Please call me once you receive my email, so we can discuss this while I am still getting more information myself.
