Sold Car with Deposit Thought I had a purchase, took my CC ...shady operation. BEWARE (From Mr Lopez) There's no easy way to put this as I was just informed this and I feel the best thing to do is to just tell you the truth. Saturday night after I checked up with Mike if we can send a porter out to get the paperwork signed and brought back to us same day, he approved...This morning when I came in I found out about a deal with another sales adviser that went late Saturday Night after we left with the a closing manager whom didn't realize this was a Sold Vehicle. I am extremely sorry about this incident and It pains me that I had to be the one to break the news to you. I have notified the opening manager and Mike about the matter and we are looking into a solution to this matter. I am actively working on finding an alternative vehicle for you. Please call me once you receive my email, so we can discuss this while I am still getting more information myself. Having never purchased a car either on-line, or out of state before I was a bit skeptical of how smoothly the process would go initially. This did not end up a problem at all. Agnes was very professional throughout the whole process (as well as after I had taken delivery, for any remaining questions or concerns I had). What I most appreciated was her organization and prompt response along the way to ensure everything was covered and a timely delivery of the car. I would most certainly work with her again! More
