Having never purchased a car either on-line, or out of state before I was a bit skeptical of how smoothly the process would go initially. This did not end up a problem at all. Agnes was very professional throughout the whole process (as well as after I had taken delivery, for any remaining questions or concerns I had). What I most appreciated was her organization and prompt response along the way to ensure everything was covered and a timely delivery of the car. I would most certainly work with her again! More

Really Great Service Deparment! / Service Advisor I did buy my X5 at MotorWerks of Barrington vs. another local dealer. New car experience for customers is great with some perks. Service Outstan I did buy my X5 at MotorWerks of Barrington vs. another local dealer. New car experience for customers is great with some perks. Service Outstanding, Lets just say we did have a major issues a month before the warrantee was going to expire (and did while in service). I had a loaner for a couple of weeks and during that time they did find the issue and it amounted to a large repair. $$.$$$ Diagnosing this was involved. They could of did a quick fix, said it was nothing, and sent me on my way but, they were honest and fixed the issue that cost thousands of dollars. This shows how the dealer and BMW stands behind their product and goes extra for their customers. Al T. More

Once I got there, even after test driving the car, I was out the door in under 2 hours.
