To my pleasant surprise, Michael Gargano [Sales Manager] intercepted my message and immediately responded since Harry was off that day. Fortunately, Mike was equally wonderful and we were able to work out a deal via email. Some dealers will ignore your inquiry unless you call them over the phone or show up in person. Those dealers fail to realize that it is not always convenient to call when trying to discreetly do online shopping at work. When I take the time to go somewhere it is because I'm ready to purchase. Thankfully, Mike understood and we had a delightful email exchange with all details worked out prior to arrival. When I showed up on Saturday, Harry was present and greeted me warmly. The car was ready to be test driven and Thomas Munyer [BMW genius] did a brief technology run through. The part that took the longest was waiting for the finance department. Aldijana Hodzic [Finance Manager] was very busy that day but she did her best to tie up loose ends as quickly as possible. By chance, I happen to meet Christopher Lima [General Manager] who apologized for the wait and said that they are working on a faster process in the near future. A week later, I realized there was a keycard issue. Nicalette Theodosis [BMW genius] tried to trouble shoot it via email but ended up advising I bring the car back for service. Kenneth Klusendorf [Service Advisor] is a recent addition to the team and did not know what the keycard was since it is a very new feature so he had the technicians look at it. They were unable to link it to my car and recommended a new keycard be ordered. Fortunately, Andy Shah [Sales Manager] was aware about my recent car purchase and waived the cost of the new keycard replacement. When the replacement keycard arrived, Victor Najjar [Service Advisor] was able to have the technicians reprogram the system to get it to link up properly. Throughout the entire process, Harry was always present. He helped me with my initial purchase, scheduled my PermaPlate detail, and arranged both my follow up keycard service appointments. That is the epitome of excellent customer service with continued support even after purchase. I will definitely be seeking out both Mike and Harry for all my future car buying needs. Highly recommend those two guys. Thanks for everything! More

When I got to the facility a bit early Victor had the vehicle ready, and we proceeded to learn about the vehicle - an evolutionary leap to a 2018 from a 2011 sedan. We test drove it , and again reviewed more details about the car. Amazed to find there are “genius” assistants (similar to Apple - proving there is a heck of a lot of software in cars today). We talked about costs to trade (I am sure I wasn’t unusual wanting more value for carthat had been a trusty car nearing six years) and Victor Held firm...and that was okay. I bought a beautiful, sporty SUV that I can get all my ski gear, and grand kid stuff in easily and I’m sure in future years I’ll be driving this to the mountains and out to see my son & his wife. Thanks for a very professional buying experience...from Mike Gargono and Ryan as well - it seems there is a cohesive and supportive team team of professionals working at Motor Werks. More

First BMW and Last Dealership. Amazing experience! Let me start by saying I am a VERY hesitant buyer. I had just been burned when I purchased my wife's car at another Mercedes dealership and I knew I w Let me start by saying I am a VERY hesitant buyer. I had just been burned when I purchased my wife's car at another Mercedes dealership and I knew I wanted a BMW, but didn't want to go through bad customer service etc. I stumbled upon the car at Motorwerks online, inquired online and received a text message the next day. I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't bombarded with texts and calls from the dealer as that seems to be a common occurrence for most in the car industry. I drove up there the next day to look at the car and was greeted in the perfect manner. To start off my experience with MW, Mike, the sales manager showed me around the entire property inclusive of the service department and even let me look at the really good stuff (M5's, Porsche GT2's etc). Even though I was purchasing a used car (an expensive used car) I was stil treated as if I was dropping $200k. I felt like my business was worth their time and they made me feel like buying my first premium car was special, which to me it was. I was shortly after paired with Alan, who was very courteous and knowledgeable about the car. I was worried, as I don't usually buy cars from people that know less about the car than I do, but in this case Alan was on top form. I had spent about a year looking into which car I wanted and researching the car. I knew my stuff, but Alan showed me a few things that the YouTubers and forum guys didn't even know. After about 30 minutes, I decided to put down a deposit, and come back on the following Sat. I handed my card to the finance manager, Ryan, who again was a very nice guy and incredibly polite. I arrived on the Sat bright and early and was greeted at my car by Alan. We walked in and were ushered to the "Starbucks" they have inside. (Try the chocolate chip cookies, trust me you won't regret it). I drove up in my old car, which was y no means a premium car, but all the sales guys complimented me on the car, and even though I know it's no BMW, to have people compliment my old car made me feel good. It made me feel like I was joining a club that didn't pass judgement on people's financial situation or status. After about a hour of signing paperwork, and EVERYONE coming up to me expressing how much I will love the car, we got to the Genius tour of the car. I will say that even paying for the car was a good experience. Ryan was patient and talked to me not like he just wanted my money, but as a true car enthusiast who appreciated the car and how much this meant to me. Nicalette was amazing in how she walked us through everything in the car. The car is vastly more superior in terms of brain power than I could ever be, so understanding how my mother feels with an iPhone finally became very clear lol. After about an hour, I called it and we ended the genius appointment there. Although overwhelmed, I was blown away that BMW could do so much with this car. The only negatives of my experience was that the spare key was misplaced and they had to overnight it to me the following Monday. No biggie, and they did actually overnight it to me, so that was good. My Apple Car Play has failed and required service already (2 days after purchase), but the BMW dealership i'm taking it to was also very nice and open to fixing my concerns. I'm awaiting updates on my financing agreement that I had hoped would have been delivered by now, but I have no doubt that Ryan will follow up with me on that. Lastly, the only other negative is that you will spend A LOT of money on accessories. I guess not a bad negative, but once you step into the BMW club, you are in there :) I have spent my life working towards getting a car like this, and now I am able to afford and enjoy this amazing car. That's the best feeling in the world and MW really helped with making sure I knew this was a special experience. Thank you Mike for the ease of negotiation through text and getting a great deal together. Thank you Alan for all the sales support and answering my annoying texts. Ryan, you're awesome and thanks for all the knowledge on the car and lastly Nicalette, thanks for walking me through the car even though I may have to call you and ask more silly questions on the car.
