The team I worked with was Yesenia Cruz (Client Advisor), Ryan Durso (Finance Manager), Elvis Rusins (BMW Genius) and Ashourina Isho (BMW Genius). From the moment I walked through the door until I left with my BMW, the interaction with this team was exceptional. The entire process was transparent and this team kept me updated on the progress of my purchase even on a busy Saturday. Yesenia was also fantastic with follow-up after my purchase to make sure that items ordered for me (and even items I forgot in my trade-in) were delivered to me successfully. This team made the experience of purchasing a vehicle fun, which can be difficult to accomplish. Kudos to this very personable group that delivered a wonderful buying experience! More

I got my car from him, and my wife's car from Agnes. Let me clarify this again, Yes, a different dealership (not even a BMW dealership) recommended Agnes and recommended this dealership. If that doesn't speak volumes, I don't know what will. For personal reasons, I do not have much time to shop around, negotiate, and play the usual car game. I did my research, we knew exactly what we wanted. We had a deadline, and we didn't want to invest our previous time stuck in dealerships. I knew I was going to pay a premium to take a back seat to hard work. I know that the car isn't worth what I paid for it, but Agnes was. The service from start to finish was impeccable. It was exactly what I was expecting - she followed up even when I didn't ask for follow up. She kept me informed, on target, updated and even took care of a few "side" projects with a previous bmw we owned. She did not make a single mistake, and even was very apologetic for other people's mistakes or errors. The day I picked up my car, it was new years eve, closing time, and she had a sick daughter with a fever. She did not cut a single corner. She even made sure I got a 1 on 1 personalized info session. She was outside herself in the freezing cold and snow setting my plates! She got us into an exclusive club and the entire thing not only met my expectations, but surpassed them. Now I sorta wish I got a bmw. More
