Upon arrival they were extremely nice, respectful of my time, and professional. Once the car was prepped, Ryan helped with the finance. Ryan is a phenomenal person to work with when it comes to explaining the intricacies of rates, taxes, and how the process works when buying cross state. Regarding the dealership: Service people are fantastic and always willing to find ways to help satisfy customer needs. The parts department however, seem to rather sit and talk amongst themselves and wait for me to ask for help. More recently, I went into make a purchase and was basically ignored. I will make that parts purchase on line. Lastly, the new look of the dealership is very nicely done. More
