Simply put - buy your next BMW from this dealership I was recently surprised with an unexpectedly pleasant experience buying a 2019 X5 from this dealership and specifically Anthony D’gostino as my sales I was recently surprised with an unexpectedly pleasant experience buying a 2019 X5 from this dealership and specifically Anthony D’gostino as my salesman. I requested a price on this X-5 over the internet and their internet team was quick to respond with an attractive offer and passed my request onto Anthony. I live 40 miles from this dealership, but Anthony was effective at sending me emails and texts with photos and videos of this specific X5. At the dealership, Anthony was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and confident in his ability to sell me this X-5. In fact I found every employee I saw or interacted with at this dealership to be more professional than your stereotypical car salesman. Anthony presented a clear buy versus lease option with no last minute “add-on’s” that would increased the price. No pressure, no surprises, no hard sells. I was disappointed with the trade in price they offered, but we were able to negotiate a better price. Signing the paperwork with Ryan Durso, their finance manager, was smooth and effortless - again no pressure to add in unneeded unwanted extras. Ryan went out of his way to provide me with a spreadsheet that detailed how they arrived at the monthly lease payment amount. Overall I would rate Anthony, Ryan, and the BMW of Barrington dealership 5 stars. Go there. Ask for Anthony. Prepare for a car buying experience like no other. More
