A couple e-mails, a quick phone call regarding the timeline, an easy deposit, and we were doing business. I could tell that she was familiar with the process. I was planning on following up on every little detail, but Agnes is super organized and kept me updated along the way. From order entered into the system , to production started, final assembly, to a quick picture of the car having been unloaded off the trailer. I never felt out to the loop. What surprised me the most was that Agnes understood what I needed as a customer. She was very knowledgeable about cars, and she really helped me narrow it down to the car I truly love!
