A couple e-mails, a quick phone call regarding the timeline, an easy deposit, and we were doing business. I could tell that she was familiar with the process. I was planning on following up on every little detail, but Agnes is super organized and kept me updated along the way. From order entered into the system , to production started, final assembly, to a quick picture of the car having been unloaded off the trailer. I never felt out to the loop. What surprised me the most was that Agnes understood what I needed as a customer. I recommend reaching out to Agnes if you want to work with a charming professional that also happens to love the brand. I went in to the dealership the following day to test drive some cars. She asked what I was looking for, and I gave her general ideas of what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable about cars, and she really helped me narrow it down to the car I truly love! She was so patient with me throughout the whole journey, and she even helped me get a great deal! I am extremely happy with my purchase. They are very transparent and do not want to keep any secrets from their customers! Ryan was the financial person who explained to me in detail all the other options I had with my car- additional packages that could save me a lot of money down the road! They really care about their customers and want every person to be happy with their purchase. Overall, this dealership provided the best experience out of all the other ones I have been to.
