She is very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She stayed after the sale past business hours to make sure I was familiar with all the features of my car. Yesenia has been helpful even after the sales with questions I didn’t have prior about the vehicle. The used car sales manager was easy to work with on my trade to get the price I wanted. The whole sales process was one of the best and quickest I have had to purchase a vehicle. The finance manager was a pleasure to deal with as well. There was no additional sales pressure for things I didn’t want. I will be back when I am ready to trade in the future. More
