Being the sales manager he was very proactive in assiting his sales employee show us the vehicle and helping us transition over into our new purchase. Al our sales consultant was very knowledgeable and personable, not one time did I feel like he was using at sort or sterotypical sales guy tatics on us. He was honest and upfront and more than accomodating. He even stayed past closing to ensure that we were all set up and ready to go in our new vehicle. When it came to financing we came across some hicups with the company we choose finance through. That is when superhero Ryan stepped in to get me on the vehicle that I have been wanting for so long now. He really went above and beyond!!
