Great experience Ian was very professional, courteous, and effective with his communication throughout the process. We had to wait for the car to ship from Germany so Ian was very professional, courteous, and effective with his communication throughout the process. We had to wait for the car to ship from Germany so it took about 25-30 days. Ian kept us up to date on the progress of the transport advising us it was in Baltimore, left Baltimore etc. We had to turn our lease in before the new car arrived, so Ian, Mike and Chris were very accommodating, putting us into a loaner for a few days. The overall experience during this process exceeded my expectations but proves to me Motorwerks understands the concept of customer satisfaction to the fullest. More

Sahil is one of those guys that says he will do something and then actually does it. He is great at following up and guiding us through the process. He was great at finding us the exact cars we wanted (we bought 2) and is very knowledgeable about all the equipment. Honestly, he made things easy for us. I've bought other cars there before, but Sahil was the most responsive and responsible person that I worked with. Our experience with Nicole in finance was also great and she was able to explain things to us clearly and quickly. Others on the team were also great.
