Sahil is one of those guys that says he will do something and then actually does it. He is great at following up and guiding us through the process. He was great at finding us the exact cars we wanted (we bought 2) and is very knowledgeable about all the equipment. Honestly, he made things easy for us. I've bought other cars there before, but Sahil was the most responsive and responsible person that I worked with. Our experience with Nicole in finance was also great and she was able to explain things to us clearly and quickly. Others on the team were also great. Everyone in the dealer really seemed to value the experience that I was having, wanting me to be satisfied....and I really was. I will always stop by this dealer when looking for a new BMW. More

Purchasing a vehicle can be a daunting task, and doing so long distance even moreso; however Yesenia made buying my BMW 650i a breeze. This vehicle is my personal graduation gift to myself after completing my Master's Degree last year. It may have taken me a while to find the right car, but I consider myself fortunate to have found such a wonderful dealership. The quality, attention to detail and condition of these fine cars are impeccable and I should say the same for Yesenia's professionalism and courteous demeanor. She consistently kept in touch throughout the buying process, let me know at each step what was required, worked extremely well with my financial institution and always offered her personal assistance no matter what the issue. Altogether, Yesenia made purchasing my ultimate car a pleasant experience. Superb Customer Service! Got Exactly What i wanted. MotorWerks not only gave me the best deal i could find, they found me a car with exact configuration i wanted and transported it from out of state for MotorWerks not only gave me the best deal i could find, they found me a car with exact configuration i wanted and transported it from out of state for me. Although i had to wait for the car to be delivered Victor did a great job in keeping me posted regularly on the status. I recommend MotorWerks and will be buying my next car here!
