Regarding the deposit hold for loaner vehicles, this is a standard policy, but I understand that the way it was communicated and handled may not have been appropriate or consistent with your past experiences. Your feedback about the service process, communication, and unresolved issues—including the missing key, incomplete rim repairs, and tire safety concerns—is deeply concerning. Clearly, this response is only for the public as no one (still) has reached out to me. I filed a complaint with BMW of North America and BMW Bayside responded to them, only mentioning they were not made aware of a secondary key and they would not be ordering another one for me. They never mentioned my tire or any of my other concerns which further demonstrates their lack of accountability. Again, I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here to service your vehicle in any capacity. Truly unprofessional.
