I took my vehicle here in June and was told everything was resolved, which it wasn't . Not only are they unprofessional and non-responsive, I received a pending charge today from them, which I will be dis was resolved, which it wasn't . Not only are they unprofessional and non-responsive, I received a pending charge today from them, which I will be disputing .So after months of not responding to my calls and emails they decide to try and charge me for gas for a loaner vehicle when the service manager advised me when I returned the vehicle that there were no additional charges. They are so corrupt. Never resolved my initial concerns about my vehicle but obviously they lack integrity trying to sneak in a charge months later.Beware and go elsewhere! More

I've been to four BMW dealerships and this one was the worst. I typically drop my vehicle off for service and am in an out. Here, I waited over an hour only to be told that my tire insurance company wasn' worst. I typically drop my vehicle off for service and am in an out. Here, I waited over an hour only to be told that my tire insurance company wasn't open and they needed verification before working on my car. Peter Ha suggested I give him $500 and I would be reimbursed. My vehicle was returned to me without my spare key and with the tire lock inside of the vehicle ,not on the tires as they should have been. My vehicle was also returned with a slash in my tire which they refused to repair/replace, even after conveying my safety concerns. They tried to gaslight me into going home and looking for my spare key, which I knew I left in the vehicle but this entire process was so exhausting I left, which was my mistake, only after I was assured they would follow up, which they failed to do. I spoke to the assistant manager Kal once and he advised he would look into things and call me back as he was perplexed that my vehicle was returned the way it was. It's been over a month and no one had had the decency to call me. I did reach out to Peter and he advised that Kal told him to offer me something, basically to appease me. However, the only resolution is replacing my key they lost. As far as the tire, I will go to Westbury or Freeport where the service has been seamless and 10x better than Bayside. I truly regret ever coming here. More
