Terrible service is you have a car that you care about. They treat every car poorly. I received my car back with black grease on my opal white seats , the second time I asked them to cover the seats please They treat every car poorly. I spoke to Angelo lianus and he tried to say that’s how he received the cat until I showed him my walk around video of the car prior to it being inducted for service. He was dumbfounded and said if you don’t like our service don’t bring your car here. I told him , I bring my car to a bmw service center for you to preserve my car not ruin it. This guy Angelo liangus is a jerk. When I called to speak with Angelo Wendy ng gave me the run around and treated me poorly because of my first initial complaint. Finally agreed on a price for an X7 (higher from the original quote) on 12/7, salesman Mosharraf Hossain (Mo) told me I was approved for tier 1 credit and agreed pricing, left a $1,500 dep and agreed to take delivery on 12/15. 12/15 came, insurance purchased, only to have the finance manager say that my credit only qualified for tier 3 credit and my monthly price was going up $50 a month. Are you telling me that you waited 7 days sitting on my credit score and new pricing just to pull a stunt like this on the 25th hour??? Went straight to RallyE BMW and long and behold qualified for Tier 1 credit with full transparency. BUYER BEWARE, THIS PLACE IS NOTORIOUS WITH THEIR BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC! More
