My sales person, Mr. Takacs was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He made me feel extremely comfortable and explained the various options to me with extreme patience. When I went to pick up the car he had taken care of all of the details and set up all of the features in the car for me. Even after the car was delivered he was extremely responsive to my questions and he even called a few days later to make sure that I was happy and that i wasn't having any issues. He made my experience very favorable. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him. However, I will say I was surpised that the show room was so dirty the carpet was filthy as well as the bathroom. On my few visits each time the bathroom had no toilet paper, no soap and no paper towels. When you are spending a lot of money on car or even if it was $10,000 that is unexceptable. Luckily, my sales person offered me hand sanitizer and offered his apologies but, that is inexcusible on managements part. More

Demetri the sales manager made me feel at home he addressed my wants and safety concerns for the vehicles chosen and gave me a great deal no bull salesman technics here I'm in sales my self at MS financial and ill tell you Demetri was proffesional and courteous of my time and process very straight forward I've been all over and this dealership I would recommend again they have a variety of options and they don't hide any fees and they are upfront about their finance options unlike other dealers that I went to thanks again Demetri I will see you for my next vehicle. This review is about their car service located in Great Neck. They offer a ride from your home to the service center but they are over an hour late from the promised pick up time after many calls to see th Neck. If your car is out of warrantee they suggest all types of work whether it needs it or not. Their prices are way over other bmw dealers. They keep your car over at least one night. The service coordinators must be on commission. The place is dirty and unprofessional. It's worth going to another dealer like Ralley even if you have to travel for it. More
I brought a CPO from these folks over this weekend. The whole process with this dealership is not good. Long wait times. Dirty restrooms. i bought a brand new 2013 BMW 650i GranCoupe Xdrive and costed me $104K. after driving my car 13k miles i got an oil change from a non BMW repair center which is ok according to BMW. The shop was not able costed me $104K. after driving my car 13k miles i got an oil change from a non BMW repair center which is ok according to BMW. The shop was not able to take off the service light when it turned on at 15k miles they told me its not a problem because i already got the oil change i should take it to BMW to take the service light off. Within 5 days my car shutdown and i got it towed to BMW of Bayside when i took it to BMW of Bayside they automatically declined my service because i never took the car for an oil change at a BMW dealer and told me i owe $18,500 for a new engine. I spoke to the service manager and i told him i had a valid reciept for repair and he was quick to answer it doesnt matter to me your cars warranty is void. i quickly reached out to BMW of NA and going back and forth they asked to see the receipt just to waste my time for 2 months now BMW of Bayside and BMW NA does not want to give me information or a reason why they aren't covering me especially after BMW of Bayside told me when they received the car it had only 4.5 quarts in the car and only 3500 miles over the normal 15000 miles per oil change limit, which should be enough to drive it even if i didn't get an oil change. Im now in the position of not paying for my car and leaving it in the shop i will burn my credit before i shell out 28k for a warranty item!!! More
