I went to bayside a couple of weeks ago to buy a certified used bmw528xi I was greeted by Ross Lubell from the start. He was very good and took care of me and my grandmother the whole time. I was looking for a certified pre-owned BMW, made my appointment and met with Ross Lubell. Ross guided me through the selection process, was patient with me, answered all my questions (which I had many) appointment and met with Ross Lubell. He worked with all day, transported me to my bank, offered me lunch -- what more can I say. He was informative,considerate and never once tried to pressure me into a car not right for me. In the end I left that day with a beautiful 5 series BMW, at the price I could afford and knowing that if I have any problem(s) with the car that I can call Ross and he'll help me take care of it.
