My wife and I visited with the intention of checking pricing we received on a 2011 328ix from a competing BMW dealer. Even though we live in Manhattan and it would have been more convenient for us to l pricing we received on a 2011 328ix from a competing BMW dealer. Even though we live in Manhattan and it would have been more convenient for us to lease our car in the city, James was so focused on getting us the best pricing, even after 90 minutes of questions and bargaining at closing time on a Saturday evening, that we leased the car on the spot from him (and he did beat the other dealer's pricing). James also put us at ease that the distance between our home and the dealership would not be an issue for servicing. Additionally, the only day that we could pick up our new car fell on James's day off, but he came in anyhow to make sure the delivery was smooth. I would definitely recommend James to anyone who is interested in buying or leasing a BMW. The Finance Manager also was great at answering fairly esoteric questions about lease pricing and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, a very good experience. More

I was thrilled with the vehicle, and even more so with James. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the product, and he facilitated a seamless transaction. Over the years, my relationship with James has grown into a strong friendship. I have referred many friends and family members to James, and he has taken care of each one as if they were his own. Now that James sells BMW’s, I drive a BMW. That’s the difference between James and other salesman. When James puts his stamp of approval on something, you know it is a quality product. I will plan my next purchase with James, regardless of what dealership or manufacturer he represents. I suggest that all who read this do the same. More

I just bought my fourth Seven Series from BMW of Bayside. I was helped through a very enjoyable process by James Jacome. James is a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive in getting back to me with any requested information. James introduced me to Marlo Bellizzi, who handled a request for me once the car had been delivered. The seamless transition, and lack of any issue or problem even though the car had been delivered a month earlier is one small example of why BMW of Bayside is a reliable and trustworthy place to do business. They also have a terrific service department. Everyone there is friendly and seems to go the extra mile whenever they can. More

I was so impressed that i actually brought in my mother when the car was ready to be picked up (just in case she wanted to explore a new one when her current lease ended)... With my hundreds questions and my doubts that a BMW would be the right car for me,Quinn was very patient and treated me with professionalism, courtesy, and sensitivity. Quinn assured me that he would do whatever it takes to make me satisfied,and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured. After one week of ownership, Quinn is still very patient with me and seems ready and available to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. More

I knew I had a good salesman when Sean agreed to wait for me to get off work, even though he was off. The dealership honored the internet price, when I got there. After the purchase was finalized I was impressed that Sean took the time to make sure I was comfortable operating the controls in the car. He paired my phone with the bluetooth, programmed my address into the navigation system, showed me how to play my ipod through the idrive system, and much more. Every request that I made was met. I would go back to this dealership again. More
