It was always a dream of mine to get a BMW and this was my very first experience at purchasing a car. They treated me very well, answered all of my questions and made life a lot easier for me. Mr. Rosenstein worked with me to get the car that I wanted with all of the options I was looking for and most importantly, since I had a time requirement, when I needed it. He was great at getting back to me and also in following up afterward. I had a great experience with BMW Bayside and when I renew my lease, I will definitely go back! More

He called to make an appointment and was waiting for us when we arrived. He immediately understood what we wanted and helped us make a deal we were happy with. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very positive. He and the rest of the staff worked hard to get the deal done, and the car was mine in one day. A few months earlier, I had had a negative experience with another salesperson at this same dealership, so I was not at all certain I wanted to go back, but David completely eradicated that bad experience, I'm happy to say. I would recommend contacting him online and seeing him at this dealership. More
I've been looking to get another car for a while, and a buddy told me about BMW of Bayside. They know their cars, they know the market, they are incredibly knowledgable about all aspects of the vehicles, packages, options etc., and really helped me zero in on my needs for a vehicle. They even worked hard to find the color I wanted with all the right options! They didn't try to over-sell me on something I didn't need, understood what my finances are and really made me feel like I was important to them. And on top of it, they were really NICE GUYS! Although I have not bought the vehicle I want yet (you know, gotta check with the wife first as usual)I should be running back there any day with her to get my new ride. I can't wait. When my wife needs a new ride, I know where I'm going first! More
During the summer I decided I wanted a new 650 Convertible. No one on long island had what I was looking for. It is now 5 months later, and I just ordered a 2010 X5 4.8...Again a smooth transaction. Everything always goes smooth, no problems, no headaches. This time I have to wait for it to be ordered but it is surely worth the wait. I think everyone at this dealership is very professional, not to mention down to earth. When you walk in the door everyone is treated with the same respect whether your buying a 3 series or a 7. The biggest plus, there is no HASSEL. You want the car fine, if you don't or its not in your budget no biggie. They don't harass you to buy like other dealerships. The biggest piece of mine, knowing that you wont be pressured into anything. Will continue to do business with in the future. =) keep up the good work and I impatiently (I mean patiently) await my new addition. More
Got my new 335 coupe from Bayside at a great price. The transaction was simple, fast and professionally handled by Peter and Kevin. Car was delivered on time and was impeccably prepared. I would highly recommend this dealership because of their quality of service. The way they handle their business and customers is very professional and is aimed at customer satisfaction. I live very close to another BMW dealer, and about 25 miles from Bayside. After coming very close to a deal near my home, I had second thoughts because items appeared on my purchase order that had not pr miles from Bayside. After coming very close to a deal near my home, I had second thoughts because items appeared on my purchase order that had not previously been discussed, and I could not get straight-forward answers to what I thought were simple questions about those items. I next tried Bayside. The difference was remarkable. Chi answered every question directly, and promptly. Bayside's price was a bit better, but not so much so that I necessarily would have completed the deal with them but for the difference in the way I felt I was being treated. I do not have the car yet, but so far this is the best car buying experience I have had (and I have had many). More
I leased a BMW three years ago and my experience was ok, it just seemed more of a hassle than it had to be. And Sean made it fun buying a car, like it should be. He took care of everything and made the whole transaction easy. I shopped Rallye and Baysides prices were just as good. Rallye is like a meat processing machine, impressive facility but very impersonal. Took delivery of a new X-5 and am loving it. More

David listened to what I was looking for and walked me through the current inventory, focusing on the BMWs which fitted in with what I was looking for. At the conclusion of my first visit to Bayside BMW, I walked out with a great deal on a great BMW. The price in my view was close to unbeatable. The environment at the dealership is very professional, attentative and un-pressured. I had a much better experience at Bayside than I did at BMW of Manhattan a few years ago, and David had a lot to do with that. I highly recommend David Rosenstein to anyone looking to buy a new BMW in the New York/New Jersey area. The short drive is well worth the experience. More

I'm still another 3-5 weeks away from making a decision but I will be stopping by BMW Bayside after concluding my online research. I just saw the owner's ad in Newsday about "new management" and the pending arrival of their new service facilty in 2010 with a "new attitude". Considering all the prior (negative) reviews on this blog I'm keeping my fingers crossed, however, this "new attitude" seems to have taken hold already within. More
