I usually take my car to a different mechanic for repairs, but this one involved the airbag so going to the dealership was necessary. Scheduling the appointment was easy. When I brought the car in fo repairs, but this one involved the airbag so going to the dealership was necessary. Scheduling the appointment was easy. When I brought the car in for repair, they found a couple of other maintenance items that they suggested. I signed off on the estimate for the airbag repair and both maintenance items. The service advisor kept me apprised via text, but sometimes I had to initiate the conversation in order to get an update on status. Unfortunately there were problems with the service. When I came to pick up my car, only the airbag repair was complete. The service advisor told me I had only signed off on the airbag repair. I asked him to check again and he realized I had signed off on everything in writing. I had to leave the car again. When I came back a second time to pick it up, all the service was complete. However the lock on the driver door was broken. They asked me to leave it again. At this point I was severely frustrated. Thankfully a young technician came out to the car with me and was able to fix the problem in a matter of minutes. So there was absolutely no need for me to leave the car again as they had suggested. I will continue to take my car to the other mechanic and avoid this dealership as long as I can. More
