Extremely disappointed by the service. Arrogant. When I dropped off the car they quoted $7-8k repair, and wouldn't look a the repair codes from the previous repair shop who sent me to t Arrogant. Since this dealer couldn't find the codes (which had been cleared by the previous repair shop, duh) they made up some other repairs based on the "sound" of the engine at an equivalent cost. When I shared the code errors from the previous repair shop (which I had offered when I dropped the car off and they refused to look at) they changed their quote cutting it in half.
