After being shown total disrespect in one dealership ("You don't want to buy that car. Why on earth do you want to buy a diesel?") and ignored by another - wouldn't answer repeated simple questions, su ("You don't want to buy that car. What a different experience. Sabrina Rolle - the salesperson I encountered there - was terrific and very knowledgeable. She answered all questions with confidence and a smile, was totally no-pressure, and made the experience happen easily, quickly, and painlessly. She even took a phone call from me on her day off to get things done ... she's been doing this a long time, and it shows. She knows her product line and all the dealership staff, introducing me to the service folks and even the mechanics who deliver the included-in-the-price maintenance service. And she spent perhaps two hours going over the car's operations with me, linking it all to my smart phone,etc. Overall, best car buying experience I have ever had. I probably could have saved just a little bit by buying in Chicago or Cleveland, but it wouldn't have been much - and I'm very glad I stopped in to give Erhard a try after the poor treatement I got at other dealers. A breath of fresh air. More

I have had BMW's for most of my driving life. I've never had the service and care that I have since I found Erhard. I went up to the front desk and asked to speak with someone about the new 6 series and the lady said "let me check". She calls the manager, whispers something that I can't hear and gives me a "no one i someone about the new 6 series and the lady said "let me check". She calls the manager, whispers something that I can't hear and gives me a "no one is available to speak with you today, here's a card, call back on Monday", which was total bull, because when I called the previous week on the phone they were more than happy to set up an appointment. I had her ask again, to which the answer was no, so I went around her and talked to a salesperson, who was a young guy like me (and NOT a normal salesman, he was their IT guy helping out for the weekend).<br><br>Word to Erhard: Just because I'm a 27 year old who shows up in jeans is no indication of my ability to pay for a car, and you should make it your business to make me happy anyway. I have the ability to buy 2+ of anything you can sell. If you weren't the only dealer in town, you'd never get my business due to your handling of this situation, that's a promise. More

They also gave me a price for m3 mirrors without the motor or glass of 500. they gave me the feeling that i wasnt good enough to be walking into their dealership More
