I walked into the dealership and was introduced to Brian B I bought my first Beemer in 1979 from Herr Erhard himself and have been coming ever since. I walked into the dealership and was introduced to Brian Berg. I explained what options I wanted and made an appointment for 3/19. He had 2 cars ready for me to test drive. I loved the X3M401. In an hour all the paperwork was done including the trade in of my 328. Debbie was very helpful with that process. Brian went above and beyond the call of duty by coming in today ,on his day off to make sure the car was prepped and ready. He was very thorough in going over the features of the new car. He then followed me to my home and along with Dennis got the garage door opener to work. It was a little tricky since I did not have a clicker.They called the garage door company and finally it was all done. I was a little reluctant getting a car without Kevin (the sales manager) since I have known him for a quarter century. Brian more than rose to the occasion and I could not have been more pleased.
