Always a great experience! I've been a customer at this dealership since 2002 (that's 16 years!) when I bought my first BMW 3 series. Now 4 BMW vehicles later, I have not gone I've been a customer at this dealership since 2002 (that's 16 years!) when I bought my first BMW 3 series. Now 4 BMW vehicles later, I have not gone to any other place for service and/or repairs. I like the Service Reps that I have had in the past and present with Ron McCarty. Ron is very knowledgeable on BMWs. He even knows more than I do..lol More
