Absolute worst experience I have had at a dealer (including the cheaper "buy here pay here" ones). I went in to purchase a used newer model BMW that was sold to me with undisclosed modification. When the dealer was asked to help remedy the situation I was ignored time and time again. Deal done so no longer their problem. It also took more than two months to get my tags and longer to get my title. BAD business practices and RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE. This dealer is doing the BMW brand a disservice. More

Horrible experience. Bought my car in June, still have not received my tag. Turns out it has not been processed at all to date! We spoke all day on Monday july 25th about the purchase of a vehicle. Submitted credit applications pulled credit and thought that we were good to go.... THEN the sales manager decided to sell the vehicle to another client after Victoria had left for the evening. I had was only financing the vehicle to get the car sooner and help out the dealership by making a little more profit. I have tried to reach out today to Kevin the Sales Manager and the GM with zero response back. BE CAUTIOUS BUYING FROM THEM!!!!!!!! Customer’s are hard to come by and customer retention is even more difficult. I hope the little extra profit you might of gained is worth it. More
