It was time for a serious upgrade. I worked with David Baylis. David took his time to walk me through my options. He knows BMW's lines and was able to explain the differences between the models and the options. Ultimately I selected a 2018 550M. The car is amazing and exceeded all of my expectations. Thanks to David and the Sales Manager Tony for taking great care of me. I would recommend a BMW to everyone that loves to drive. More

RAMON A TRUE PROFESSIONAL WELL...... TRAVELED 90 MILES FROM LONG ISLAND TO LOOK AT 2 CARS THAT CAUGHT OUR EYE. MADE GOOD TIME ON A SATURDAY MORNING AND GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP WA WELL...... TRAVELED 90 MILES FROM LONG ISLAND TO LOOK AT 2 CARS THAT CAUGHT OUR EYE. MADE GOOD TIME ON A SATURDAY MORNING AND GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP WAY BEFORE IT OPENED.... SAT IN OUR “ TRADE IN”CAR FOR 5 MINUTES AND GOT A KNOCK ON THE DOOR... IT WAS RAMON FELIX, OUR CLIENT ADVISOR WHO I EMAILED ALL WEEK TO FINALLY PICK THE CARS WE WANTED TO SEE. DEALERSHIP DID NOT OPEN FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUETS BUT RAMON DID NOT WANT US TO WAIT. RAMON MADE US SO COMFORTABLE BUYING OUR DREAM X5. RAMON WAS SO PATIENT WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS FROM TEST DRIVING, TRYING TO UNDERSTAND ALL THE FEATURES, TRYING TO MAKE A DECISION ON WHICH CAR, THE 35 MINUTE PHONE CALL WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEN FINNALLY MOVING THE PROCESS ALONG TO FINANCE. THE FINANCE DIRECTOR VICTORIA WAS WELL PREPARED AND VERY PERSONALABLE. WE CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING. AFTER ALL THAT GLEN OUR BMW “GENIUS” BROUGHT THE WHOLE PROCESS HOME EXPLAINING ALL THE MANY OPTIONS OF THE X5. GLEN WAS A GREAT TEACHER WHO WILL BE DISSAPPOINTED WITH THE STUDENTS. WE REALLY NEEDED TO TAKE HIM HOME. ... WHILE ALL THIS WAS GOING ON, RAMON HAD A WATCHFUL EYE ON THE WHOLE PROCESS. WITH A HAND SHAKE AND A THANK YOU WE WERE OFF ON OUR FERRY RIDE BACK TO LONG ISLAND. Fully Satisfied Because it's probably not the image they want to project, BMW North America is likely all over the owners regarding the condition of their showroom/fa Because it's probably not the image they want to project, BMW North America is likely all over the owners regarding the condition of their showroom/facilities which are badly in need of a renovation. But that being said all else was excellent, most especially the salesman Volkan who between his movie star looks, smooth manner and kick xxx name should probably be in Hollywood, but having decided to sell BMWs instead, does an outstanding job and is a credit to the image of BMW, more than offsetting what may be lacking in the condition of the dealership..... More
