From minute we set foot in the showroom, looking to compare the X1, X3, and X5, Kelly was there to describe each of the vehicles and answer all of our questions; never once making us feel like we had to decide right that minute. A few weeks later we returned interested in a 2015 CPO X5. Again, no pressure. As we moved closure to deciding and working through cost comparison on another 2014 CPO X5 we saw at a different dealership, Kelly and Chris walked us through the option costs of each vehicle, gave us a just little bit more off the cost of their vehicle and let us ponder and decide. The next morning it was clear. We selected the CPO X5 at BMW of Bridgeport. It wasn't totally the cost that sold us. It was the friendly, professional service that we received from Kelly and everyone that made our decision easy. Kelly even went above and beyond to make us comfortable with our concern that the vehicle would fit in our garage...he personally drove the vehicle to our house to be sure it fit. Victoria, took over from here and walked us through all the financial aspects, warranties, service, atc...she was very patient and thorough and was sure that we understood everything, and all of our finance options. Also want to give kudos to the delivery specialist who walked us through every technical detail of this vehicle with precise explanations, and answers to all of our questions..simply amazing. Thanks Kelly and BMW of Bridgeport for the best car buying experience we have ever had. More

They were welcoming and attentive to my needs, did not rush me, made me feel comfortable in my decision and showed me all of the options available to me with my purchase without being pushy. They made sure I felt comfortable in my vechicle, made me feel welcome to come back and/or call and text with any questions I have and even followed up to see how I was liking the car. The finance department, specifically Victoria Warner was very kind and helpful during the purchase as well. More
