Fantastic Team This is my first BMW that I have purchased. I have always been a Saab person and obviously needed a new automobile company. It was a little bumpy with my first Salesman, Vincent Ruocco who I would not recommend to anyone as he was quite rude, but after speaking with management they definitely corrected that issue and treated me incredible. I was then assigned to Ramon Felix who was amazing to work with. He was friendly, accommodating and very patient. I would recommend Felix Ramon to anyone looking to purchase a BMW! I am very happy I ended up at BMW of Bridgeport and even more happy with my new BMW. More

Their salesmen/women are very courteous, professional and with no high pressure with Mr. Ramon Felix being the "Best" I have ever dealt with, simply "Outstanding". They (Mr. Ramon Felix and then Mr. Anthony Dominicus) took the time to go over the features of my latest purchase in great detail. Their service department has always serviced and repaired (when necessary) my BMWs in minimum amount of time and provided timely updates and estimated costs have always been accurate. They also provide a loaner while repairing/servicing which is a big help. More

Positives and Negatives Ramon Felix Salesman was excellent in every respect. The Administrative part of our experience was not. It was implied and/or I inferred that I Ramon Felix Salesman was excellent in every respect. The Administrative part of our experience was not. It was implied and/or I inferred that I could not do math. After two attempts to defend my numbers... I deferred to them. A credit card credit was issued. Then a few days after we left the dealership for our 3,000 mile trip back home, they added up numbers and charged my card again. I believe there is not anything to stop them from doing this over and over again. They have my card number, expiration date and three digit code on reverse of credit card. Credit card issuer tells me there is absolutely nothing they can do to prevent further charges by this merchant. I don't know anybody who would not find this kind of transaction both insulting and troubling. More
