Worst Financing Rep I have to write this review based on my experience at this dealership- I must say the sales people I dealt with were fine , not pushy or pressure . But when we decided on a car , I infromed them that I already had fincacing in place with another dealership , I knew my credit score and terms !! So i didnt want to run my credit unless we were sure of a car and payments, that got worked out so I agreed to finace. The finance girl Catherine was , so rude and condenseding , again I just got approved and had a deal in place , so I know my credit score and terms! First off I had to harass her to get an answer and she never got back to me unitl i called several times. Then she explains that she can not get me the terms i was promised , fine what can you offer I said . She said "well Thats what IM trying to tell you if you will listen """ What ??? I couldnt believe this this is BMW ?? I then said well I cant do that , she then asked me to go to the other dealer and ask for all the financing paper work and bring it to her ??? Why when you buy a car anywhere they tell your approved and you agree to terms and sign doc's. I said I cant ask for that , she then said then I cant help you ""HONEY"" like I was some kid not understanding . I asked her is this based off my credit score she said ""WELL YEAH""???Im a 40 year Manager with a credit score of 750 - Its sad because if she was nicer and not disrepectful I may of worked with them , but after that I felt they were dishonest and unproffesional ! I went to the other dealership and purchased the car for terems and rate I was promised - So I feel the finance person Catherine is , unproffessional and possibly not telling the truth about the finance. I forgot to mention she also ran my credit again , after I said Im not interested stop the deal !!!! Sorry to the nice sales people , but she killed any future possibilty of sales with me. More

My salesman, Ernie Ferrari was a pleasure to deal with; I basically knew what I can't say enough about the great experience I had at this dealership. Ernie kept me posted weekly on my car's production status up through delivery; I received a fair price and great service. Upon delivery of my new car, Glen Ramsteck spent upwards of an hour with me in the car explaining every feature of my new 435i X-Drive...I have owned BMW's in the past and dealt with other dealers and I can say hands down that this dealership is great! X1 M sport experience I initially wanted to go to NY to get my BMW as there are many dealerships who offer attractive price.
