I found a very nice pre-owned vehicle that piqued my interest and Isaiah took me for a test drive. When I returned, Jason sat me down and was very straightforward, gave me some options for financing and made the process very easy and hassle free. The staff at BMW of Bridgeport are very knowledgeable, hands on, customer oriented and personable. Every staff member went out of their way to make sure that any needs or concerns I had were met. I had been tinkering with the thought of making a purchase for at least two years now and Jason and Isaiah made that choice very easy. Amazing experience from start to finish and beyond To summarize a long story my wife and i had just purchased new cars from a different dealership less than a year ago. The dealership was awful to work To summarize a long story my wife and i had just purchased new cars from a different dealership less than a year ago. The dealership was awful to work with, took advantage of us, and would not give us certain things we had paid for. I went to BMW of Bridgeport based on recommendations of my co workers and i could not be happier. From the second we walked in to the facility we felt taken care of. Kade talked with me previously to coming in and we had a plan in place. I had certain requirements that my wife and i needed met and Kade went out of his way to fulfill them and continued to work with us as if we were his only customer. He provided us contact service and contact via email, phone, and text message- we felt we were buying from a friend rather than a stranger. We went in for one car for me and ended up buying two while we were there because we were so comfortable and happy with the service and prices. Kade himself is by long and far the most personable and helpful car salesman i have ever worked with. Glen was also fantastic and helped my wife and I go through all of the technology in the car and provide great recommendations. Its been over a week and the dealership is STILL in contact with us, asking how we like the cars and scheduling a post month later check up to make sure we are happy- i have never seen another car dealer do this. These were our first BMW purchases and I'm confident in saying we are so happy with the cars, and more specifically with Kade himself, that we will be lifelong customers. I'm already planning my next purchase there. More
