The dealership was awful to work with, took advantage of us, and would not give us certain things we had paid for. I went to BMW of Bridgeport based on recommendations of my co workers and i could not be happier. From the second we walked in to the facility we felt taken care of. Kade talked with me previously to coming in and we had a plan in place. I had certain requirements that my wife and i needed met and Kade went out of his way to fulfill them and continued to work with us as if we were his only customer. He provided us contact service and contact via email, phone, and text message- we felt we were buying from a friend rather than a stranger. We went in for one car for me and ended up buying two while we were there because we were so comfortable and happy with the service and prices. Kade himself is by long and far the most personable and helpful car salesman i have ever worked with. Glen was also fantastic and helped my wife and I go through all of the technology in the car and provide great recommendations. Its been over a week and the dealership is STILL in contact with us, asking how we like the cars and scheduling a post month later check up to make sure we are happy- i have never seen another car dealer do this. These were our first BMW purchases and I'm confident in saying we are so happy with the cars, and more specifically with Kade himself, that we will be lifelong customers. I'm already planning my next purchase there. More

My Client advisor for the past few yrs has been Jason Gellatly. He is always attentive and knows the inventory. He is able to match your needs and isn't at all pushy. I reccomend him and all the staff. Service staff, in particualr Bernard are friendly, personable and very professional. More
Won't be back. Do not trust this place. -Finance woman is extremely rude. Of course just like any sleazy dealership they will change all of the numbers (car price, loan term, and percentage) -Finance woman is extremely rude. Of course just like any sleazy dealership they will change all of the numbers (car price, loan term, and percentage) when you go to sign it. Luckily I "had proof" of the agreed upon car price when she called me out on disagreeing with her price. Great way to treat the customer. -I was promised car details and car washes upon completing reviews for this dealership across various sites. I filled everything out the day I left and informed both Jason and Isaiah that I did so. I was given no vouchers or notifications, yet I received 3 phone calls and 2 emails asking if I did the reviews for them (with promises of either a car detail or car wash) despite indicating I did that already I was still never given a voucher for anything. I still am being contacted to leave reviews so here is a follow up. -I was promised a spare key "in a few days" after purchasing my car. 13 weeks later no spare key. I left a voice mail and email for Jason about a month after purchasing the car with no response. I was told today, after calling two more times, that my key was put in the mail. Apparently Jason was busy with his customer from 9:30am when I called on a Monday until now because he still hasn't returned my call and has had Isiah contact me instead. -Worst point. 11 weeks after purchasing what I was promised to be a clean car with no problems that will last forever because they have a brutal inspection process, I now have a $1000 repair bill for shocks. Shocks that were rusted out and leaking oil. Something that any minimal inspection would revel needed replacement. I fell for their trick and trusted that I was being given a solid car due to a loose connection I have with an employee there. I called and asked about it and was told "sorry your car isn't certified so we can't do anything about it"....and then I was asked if I left a review for them on this site. In short: Don't go to this BMW dealership. Go to the Hartford one instead. I sure will not be back. More
Ten Years with BMW and counting I purchased my first BMW in January of 2005 from BMW of Bridgeport. Ten years of excellent service in the best vehicle (530i) I have ever owned. When I retired last year I decided 10 years was long enough...and selected a certified pre-owned 535Xi with many advancements including all wheel drive. My long time BMW service rep had recommended that I talk with Jason Gellatly for guidance. Great recommendation, and great sales service from a very knowledgeable and supportive sales person. He introduced me to Glen Ramsteck, the Delivery Specialist who walked me through the basic options (no minor task) and Glen provided an open invitation for ongoing information and support as needed. After 45 years in the business world, I can recognize a quality organization. Management sets the direction and the policies...and the execution is accomplished by their people. These people certainly get it right! A Happy Camper More
