My journey started with a phone call to BMW of Bridgeport after locating a COP 328i online - Jason Gellatly fielded all of my questions and went the extra mile of texting me follow-up details as I requested them. The personalized service did not stop there...from the moment I walked through the dealership doors I was given professional attendance with a personal touch. Jason and his team ( Isaiah Agosto and Catherine Rogers) ensured the process of selecting, test driving, and financing my COP 328i was smooth and seamless. Deceitful! I turned in my leased car and bought a new/demo car with 6,700 miles on it. The price was great, the experience at the showroom was wonderful. They were the most courteous people you could meet. The surprises started surfacing slowly: Surprise#1: Within a month, I received a bill from BMW financial services for damages on the old leased car, that was turned in. The car was full checked by the dealership before it was turned in. The damages in the picture were new. BMW of Bridgeport alienated itself from the issue and played ignorance. I settled the bill with BMW financial services. Surprise#2: The new car BMW 528i bought from the dealership wobbled slightly at speeds greater than 60mph. When I took the car to the local BMW service center, I was told that I may have hit a pothole while driving and bent the wheels slightly. I took the car to a wheel repair shop, who showed me that the bent wheel had been previously repaired, re-balanced (wheel did not have factory installed weights) and a PLUG was used to seal the damaged Tire. I fail to understand, how could a dealership who do not advocate repairing Run Flats, repair a Run Flat tire and sell it to a customer as a new car. I feel cheated. More

After 7 years with my 1st car I finally decided to go car shopping, The whole team at BMW of Bridgeport Jason, Kathrine Isaiah and Jackie, made my exp After 7 years with my 1st car I finally decided to go car shopping, The whole team at BMW of Bridgeport Jason, Kathrine Isaiah and Jackie, made my experience so pleasant and hassle-free. The experience was great and was surprisingly easy. I thought the process would have taken longer and my wife was hesitant about buying from the first (and only) dealership I went to but when she went in she realized it wasn't high pressure and they were giving us the best possible deal for our 2013 BMW. We picked up the car on my wife’s birthday and Isaiah had balloons and whole works ready for her when we arrived, needless to say happy wife, happy life.
