He went above and beyond to find a 2014 model, and after 2 deals fell through (the other dealers backed out), Kade went to bat to convince his leadership team to honor a similar deal on a 2015 model. He kept me informed every step of the way -- good news along with the bad -- and I felt like I was dealing with a genuine friend rather than someone pushing to move a car. After one visit to BMW in Bridgeport, my husband and I were convinced that BMW was the answer to our concerns. The client service rep, Kurt Kressu, was knowledgeable without being pushy, and considered our needs before trying to sell us a car. We ended up buying a certified pre-owned BMW that fits our needs and life style perfectly, and I am no longer worried about tires.
