I was looking at several different dealerships for a BMW convertible. Alex steered me to a beautiful 2009 335i. Matt helped me back in July 2013 with my first BMW purchase (2011 328i xdrive) - Very friendly and knowledgeable. I called in the dealership to see if they had the car i was looking for. Matt returned purchase (2011 328i xdrive) - Very friendly and knowledgeable. I called in the dealership to see if they had the car i was looking for. Matt returned my call and I was on my way to Connecticut from NJ. I came into the dealership with the car that I wanted to look at already waiting for me. We were able to test drive the car around the area local and mainly highway. Matt was very helpful teaching me the basics of the car as well as getting started financing the vehicle. I drove back to NJ, returning to Bridgeport a few days later as i was approved to finance. I took a train from NYC to Bridgeport as Matt was able to pick me up at the train station. Finalization went smooth.They knew i was in a bit of a hurry but were able to get the main points in finalization. They wanted me to stay a little longer so i can learn more about my vehicle. I appreciate that. Overall, I recommend Matt. More

Buyers beware. BMW does not thoroughly check their own vehicle history, ie accident history before certifying them. My vehicle history was misrepresented to me. Intentional or not...questionable, they hav vehicle history, ie accident history before certifying them. My vehicle history was misrepresented to me. Intentional or not...questionable, they have taken no steps to rectify or assist me in the situation. After a pleasant and professional conversation with Mitch, dealer manager, we were supposed to reconnect. After a dozen plus calls and messages, Mitch does not have the professionalism or courtesy to return phone calls. If you think BMW NA cares, forget that too. They do not oversee or manage the practices of their dealerships. They are independent to do what they want. So i was told. Bottom line... even though I have an Insurance carrier with a damage claim # and date of accident, BMW fails to acknowledge the damages incurred under their ownership or to do anything about. It is amazing to me that BMW all around will not research or care to rectify such an oversight in their certification process. My vehicle will never return to this dealership. I cant trust the unethical practices and poor service to their customers coming from the top. More
