Ernie was a wonderful salesman. He was to-the-point, polite, and worked with me to get the car delivered in 24 hours. I literally called on a Wednesday and by Thursday was driving the new car home. As dealership service departments go, Bridgeport BMW has been very good. They are accommodating and willing to be price competitive when routine maintenance is needed. I had priced BMWs at several dealerships and approached Bridgeport late in the process. At that stage I knew exactly what I wanted and had thoroughly researched the price. Jason acknowledged this right away and pulled no surpises in delivering the car on time and on the price they had agreed to. Sounds simple, but in negotiating with another dealership at the same time, they did their best to make it murky and unclear. Jason knew the car and features cold and was able to arrange the deal quickly to my specifications. I would also commend Glen Ramsteck who was the one who educated me on the cars features - good first overview and terrific response for any follow up questions along the way. All in all, I was very pleased working with these guys. More
