I was looking for a CPO BMW 535i xDrive. I walked in real late in the evening on a Saturday and met Kurt. The 2 cars i had gone to look at had been sold that very same day. Bad luck for me. But then Kurt fou late in the evening on a Saturday and met Kurt. The 2 cars i had gone to look at had been sold that very same day. Bad luck for me. But then Kurt found me another car that i immediately fell in love with. Ended up coming back that Monday and signing all the paperwork and driving it home the same day. I had gone to a larger dealership prior but the customer service was just not up what i expect from BMW. Kurt made me feel right at home and was honest with me the whole time. No beating around the bush. And he wasn't very pushy which was very important. I would definitely recommend Kurt to friends and family More

This is my first time buying a BMW, everyone at the dealership was great. All my questions were answered, the hardest part was deciding which options to get. Jason Gellanty is an excellant sales person, even though he was busy the day I went in he answered all of my questions and made the decision process easy. He gave me a good deal that I felt was very fair. I never felt pressured. Once I decided on the car and options he took care of everything including having me insurance switched over. The purchase process was simple, I just showed up and signed. The Business Manager, Catherine Rogers, explained all the paperwork and options in detail. A technician went over the car and all the options including the navigation system and explained how everything worked. I drove away with a good understanding of the car. I'd highly recommend Jason and the dealership to anyone looking for a BMW. More

Jason Gellatly is an outstanding salesman. This is the second car that I have purchased with Jason's help. I had a great experience getting into my first BMW ever. Kurt was excellent as he laid out my options of lease vs. buy vs. certified pre-owned. The car I ended up choosing wasn't on the lot, but Kurt went out and found my car with the colors and packages I desired, and it was delivered promptly. All in all, it was a pleasure, and I hope to be driving BMWs for years to come. I will certainly work with Bridgeport BMW and Kurt Kressu again. More

I purchased my other vehicles from another BMW dealership in CT. I was coming to the end of my lease and trying to get into a 2013 model and my old dealership was stern on the "negative equity" speech. I too in CT. I took my car to BMW of Bridgeport and not only did they get me out of my lease with a pull ahead program and then some, they also located the exact car I wanted and delivered it at a great price. Mike Liberatore was a pleasure to work with and it was by far the fastest delivery I have ever taken. I would strongly suggest contacting Mike before you make your next BMW purchase. He is knowledgeable, personable and not in the least bit pushy. I have no interest in returning to the other dealership I bought my past cars from. More

His product knowledge is clearly first-rate, but never once did we feel pressured or pushed into making any decisions. And never did we have to wait for a return phone call or e-mail - Mike always responded to us immediately (and, IMHO, this is a rather rare quality in customer service today). In fact, my husband and I agreed that our entire experience at Bridgeport BMW could not have been better. We have dealt with several other BMW dealerships in the past and, although we have no specific complaints about them, neither could we ever give them this type of exceptional review . This dealership - and Mike Liberatore, specifically - has clearly made excellent customer service a priority.
