Well, I am back! 2 cars in 2 weeks! I had such a great experience with open and honest people like Jason and the entire staff that I came back and bought another car. This time I went with the BMW. We have been searching for BMW 5 series black to black car for some time and also went to a few other dealerships but the deal was never sealed sometimes it was because the price was not right and some other times the sales person or the manager himself did not let us feel comfortable. But this time when we visited the Bridgeport dealership, we sealed the deal instantly within a few hours time. In the first place the car's condition was really good and secondly the price was right. In addition, Mr. Kressu himself and the manager were very direct and effective. They were also very flexible in the negotiation. That made us feel very good. So we had a very good experience for this transaction. More
With winter on its way, I knew I was going to need a more reliable car. I contaced Ernest Ferrari of BMW of Bridgeport to see what might be available. I made it clear to Ernie I was looking for dependability, good gas mileage, and low maintenance costs without breaking the bank. I'm not a "car person," so to speak, but from shopping around, I was fairly skeptical that anything meeting those requirements would actually be within my price range. To my surprise (and delight!) Ernie found something that met all of my criteria - a used Honda Civic in pristine condition with low mileage, available at a GREAT price. Ernie contacted me immediately about it. When I arrived at the dealership about an hour later, he showed me the car fax, took me for a test drive, and within a few hours I was behind the wheel of exactly the kind of car I was seeking. He handled everything - plates, registration, insurance - in no time flat. Best of all, I got a great trade in rate for my old car (which was truly on its last legs), and an extremely affordable loan. I can honestly say I've never had a better experience buying a car. Ernie was extremely organized, very knowledgable about the product, and very friendly, WITHOUT the pushy, "hard sell" attitude I've encountered at other dealerships. He was genuinely interested in selling me something that would meet my needs, as opposed to just closing the deal. He listens! Ernie and his colleagues (including the Jeff the manager, Catherine the business manager, and the detail guys who made sure my new used car was clean as a whistle) all worked together to make my experience smooth sailing. I HIGHLY recommend Ernie and BMW of Bridgeport. I will DEFINITELY be buying my next car from them! More

I WAS LOOKING TO TRADE IN MY LARGE SUV, YUKON DENALI XL, FOR AN EVEN TRADE THIS BMW OF BRIDGEPORT DEALERSHIP WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A CO-WORKER. I WAS LOOKING TO TRADE IN MY LARGE SUV, YUKON DENALI XL, FOR AN EVEN TRADE INTO A SMALLER SUV, LIKE THE X5 OR X6. I ASKED MY SALESPERSON WHAT MY OPTIONS WERE FOR THE TRADE IN PRICE THEY HAD GIVEN TO ME. THE TRADE IN PRICE QUOTE OF MY DENALI WAS SUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER AT BRIDGEPORT BMW THAN ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP I HAD VISITED. THE SALESPERSON, MIKE LIBERATORE, KNEW HIS INVENTORY EXTRMEMLY WELL AND TOOK INTO CONSIDERATION MY BUDGET CONSTRAINTS. I WAS ADAMANT THAT I COULD NOT PUT OUT ANY MONEY TO GET A BMW THAT MET MY NEEDS. AFTER 3 MONTHS OF SCHEDULING TEST DRIVES OF VARIOUS X5'S AND X6'S, I WAS NOT THRILLED WITH THE EXPERIENCE OF THE DRIVES. I HAD DRIVEN INFINITIS, AND LEXUS, AND LIKED THE DRIVE BETTER IN THOSE VEHICLES THAN THE 2009 X5'S AND X6'S THAT I DROVE. MIKE EXPLAINED THAT I MIGHT LIKE THE DRIVE OF A NEWER X3. I WAS HESITANT, BUT TOOK THE TEST DRIVE AND WAS THRILLED!!! I WAS AFRAID I WAS GOING TO BE GETTING LESS OF A CAR WITH THE X3, BUT HE EXPLAINED THE KEY DIFFERENCES AND SAID I WOULD BE VERY THRILLED WITH IT IF PUT UP AGAINST THE OLDER MODEL X5'S. HE WAS RIGHT. HE AND DON FROST WORKED WITH ME ON MY BUDGET, I WAS AFRAID THE 2012 DEMO X3 WOULD BE OUT OF MY REACH FINANCIALLY, BUT THEY FOUND DEALER INCENTIVES AND MADE ROOM FOR THIS CAR IN MY LIFE. OVER THE MONTHS THAT I WAS DEALING WITH MIKE, I MADE MANY APPOINTMENTS WITH HIM TO DRIVE OR VIEW A CAR. I WAS ALMOST ALWAYS LATE OR COULDN'T KEEP THEM. MIKE LIBERATORE NEVER BLINKED, HE WOULD SAY "NO WORRIES, WE WILL GET TO IT ANOTHER DAY". HIS PATIENCE WAS PHENOMENAL AND HIS CALMING, UNFETTERED PERSONALITY PERFECTLY MATCHED MY HECTIC HAPLESS LIFESTYLE. HE WAS SO VERY EFFICIENT!!! ONCE I FINALLY DECIDED ON THE CAR, HE MADE IT HAPPEN WITHIN HOURS!!! HE WANTED TO MAKE SURE THE CAR WAS DETAILED EXTENSIVELY, SO WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP, IT WASN'T READY!! I HAD TWO APPOINTMENTS WITH IN THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO, SO HE GAVE ME A LOANER VEHICLE TO GO TO THE APPOINTMENTS AND TO PICK UP MY KIDS, THEN I WENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AND MY CAR WAS READY. HE TOOK SOOO MUCH TIME TO GO OVER THE FUNCTIONS OF THE CAR. HE REALLY KNEW EVERY SINGLE DETAIL ABOUT THE CAR. I WAS VERY VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE. HE EVEN OFFERED TO SHOW ME HOW I COULD UNTILIZE SOMETHING IN MY OTHER OLDER BMW, THAT I WASN'T AWARE WAS A POSSIBILITY. DON FROST MADE A POINT TO MAKE SURE HE WAS THERE WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR. I FELT LIKE ROYALTY AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I WAS ONLY BUYING A USED CAR, AND THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS BUYING A BRAND NEW 7 SERIES VEHICLE!!!!MIKE EVEN REFERRED AN INSURANCE PERSON TO ME WHO WAS ABLE TO SAVE ME 3,400.00 A YEAR IN VEHICLE INSURANCE FOR BOTH OF MY BMW'S. I WISH I COULD DEAL WITH PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE SUCH AS THESE IN ALL ASPECTS OF MY LIFE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. More
This is my second time buying a car from BMW of Bpt. But it's many years. I was pleased with professionalism of Lisa. She had been recommended by a friend. I was looking for a used 2010 Audi A3 TDI with a particular set of options and packages, and BMW of Bridgeport was the closest dealer to me that had one. The greeter introduced me to Kurt. Kurt was great. He made me feel comfortable, being attentive and responsive without being pushy. He was knowledgable but when he didn't know something, he offered to find out rather than just making something up. He seemed happy to let me test drive the car and patient but responsive over the next few days while I looked at another couple of cars. I kept him posted and he didn't push me to buy the car, which I appreciated. In my personal opinion, the car was priced a little high. Kurt was willing to work with me to find some flexibility and although I think the dealership still could have come down a little more, we agreed on a price and I appreciated Kurt's willingness to negotiate with me in a very straight forward, polite and hassle free manner. I probably change cars more often than the average person, always buying used or CPO and rarely through dealerships because of the cost and quality of experience -- however -- I cannot recommend Kurt highly enough and I wish all dealership salespeople took his approach. I have given him the highest possible ratings on this site for every category except price (4 out of 5) but that is very subjective and probably the dealership's decision more than the salesperson. Mike took all of the anticipated drama out of the transaction by giving me a great deal not only on the pruchase, but also for my aging trade-in. I just switched to BMW BPT from BMW North Haven due to Mike Liberatore working there. I am very pleased with not only Mike but also the dealership. Mike is an awesome employee .
