I lease a car through BMW of Bridgeport and my experience just keeps getting worse. Every time I have an issue they act as if I am bothering them. The staff is always rude and impatient. As a female in my early 20's, I was apprehensive about car shopping on my own, but Mike made me feel comfortable from the very start of the experience and I felt that I was treated just as any other customer would be, by everyone at the dealership. The experience was a breeze and I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. Mike was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with from the time he first showed me the car I chose, until I picked up my beautifully detailed car and he took a lot of time at the end of the day to show me exactly how everything worked with the navigation/computer system. We were in the market for a used diesel BMW X5 or Mercedes-Benz ML350 Bluetec and after searching online came across BMW of Bridgeport. We headed down without an appointment to see what was on the lot and was immediately greeted by Jason Gellatly who from the start was very courteous, polite, and informative. In short, we were able to test drive and get all the facts about both models of interest. In the end, we were able to make a deal on a CPO BMW X5 that was about $5,000 cheaper than similarly equipped models, for which we were extremely excited and actually purchased the vehicle. Overall, the dealership was very professional and courteous. Service department seemed to do things in a timely manner, and fixed what we asked and didn't charge us for extra services. The only problem we've had is that we've had to ask the sales rep for several items that were promised to us at least 5 times now. Things have since been sorted, but we still shouldn't have had to repeatedly ask for things we were promised. More
