My 09 335xi MSport coupe was coming to the end of the lease term and I took a trip to BMW of Bridgeport to speak with Mike about purchasing a new vehicle. Needing more room, Mike pointed me towards the n lease term and I took a trip to BMW of Bridgeport to speak with Mike about purchasing a new vehicle. Needing more room, Mike pointed me towards the new 2013 X1 MSport. As I am very particular, Mike was very patient with me and answered all my questions to help me build the new vehicle I was looking for. Once the vehicle came in I fell in love with it and would Highly recommend BMW Bridgeport and Mike Liberatore to anyone looking for a BMW! I have had a great experience dealing with the rest of the staff as well regarding finance and lease end return. 10/10 in my book! More
This dealership is one of the worst I have had the misfortune to do business with. I purchased a "Certified Pre-owned" automobile from them. I live in RI and specifically chose this dealership becau misfortune to do business with. I purchased a "Certified Pre-owned" automobile from them. I live in RI and specifically chose this dealership because they had the car I wanted and they seemed like a large, reputable dealer. Wow! Was I mistaken! I was working with Jason Gellatly who was very nice during the sales process and we quickly agreed on a price. He even offered to have the car registered in RI. I mentioned that was necessary as I felt we could handle it and it was an unnecessary imposition on the dealer. However, Jason convinced me that this is something they do every day and it would be much easier if they did it for me so I agreed. (Mistake #1). When I returned several days later to sign the final papers and pick up the car, I was told I had to pay an additional $300 for the registration process. I tried to cancel them completing the registration and do it myself but the paper work was complete and there was no one who could redo the papers and I didn't want to return another time so I agreed to the additional $300. (Mistake #2). I drove the car home with a dealer's plate and waited for the registration. After a couple of weeks I called the salesman - Jason - to ask him what the delay was. He never returned any of my calls so I called the Certified Pre-Owned Manager - Bill Greene. He never returned my call but his secretary did and said she would check on it. Bottom Line: I received the registration almost a month after I purchased the car. Now I wanted to be reimbursed for the addition charge of $300 less the cost of registration - $65. I made several more calls to Mr. Greene with little luck. While this was going on, I took the car to be inspected for the RI required inspection sticker. Imagine my shock when I was told the car needed new struts and mounts in the front-end and the car would not pass inspection without them. Total cost of this repair - $750. Bottom Line - I made numerous calls to Mr. Greene and eventually received a check for a little over $900. They still owe me $36.43 and I still have the dealer plate I used to originally drive the car home. That plate is going to cost them $36.43 to get me to return it to them. Also, when Mr. Greene agreed to pay to replace the struts, he told me that they would not honor the warrantee any further regardless of any more problems I had with the car. I have now had the car for three months and the brakes need to be replaced. So when this dealership offers a warrantee on a vehicle, it is worthless. Avoid this dealership at all costs! More
In December 2009, I signed a 3 year lease for a 3 Series BMW that is coming to an end. Lauren from the business office reached out to me via e-mail and set up an appointment to discuss options for us to con BMW that is coming to an end. Lauren from the business office reached out to me via e-mail and set up an appointment to discuss options for us to consider at the conclusion of the lease. We were greeted promptly by Lauren and she introduced us to Michael Liberatore as our service representative. Michael asked a lot of questions about our satisfaction with BMW, what we were looking for in terms of a new style and then took us out and showed us new models, BMW enhancements and matched us up with 3 cars that fit our lifestyle. Michael was just terrific and we ended up with a new BMW X-3 which we are just ecstatic about. More

There was no pressure. Kurt was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and so was Cathy (who handled the finance end). Also, the facility itself is very user friendly, clean and well-organized. I've been loyal to BMW in part because the purchase experience is typically very positive -- and my recent purchase experience at BMW of Bridgeport was no exception. Kurt Kressu had a low-pressure appr experience is typically very positive -- and my recent purchase experience at BMW of Bridgeport was no exception. Kurt Kressu had a low-pressure approach, and he was genuinely interested in ensuring I got the car I was looking for at the best price. I was pleased with the trade-in offer BMW of Bridgeport made for my old BMW as well. More
A few years back, had an appalling experience with BMW of Bridgeport and the sales person we worked with after telling the guy we were interested in purchasing two cars. We bought the two cars elsewhere, si Bridgeport and the sales person we worked with after telling the guy we were interested in purchasing two cars. We bought the two cars elsewhere, since it literally seemed like he had no desire to sell us a car. The guy was rude, unpleasant, and dismissive. Ready to replace those two cars this year and being that BMW of Bridgeport is very close to our home--and after reading some recent reviews online--we decided to give this dealership another chance. Made contact, relayed our bad experience story and that we really would like to do business with them but want to ensure no repeat of that experience. I'm not sure if it's a whole new team there from end-to-end or we just got the bad seed back then, but working with everyone here, especially Kurt Kressu, was a night and day difference. Reason for "great" review... * Straightforward and easy to work with and deal with * Very simple negotiation (over the phone) with more of a win-win attitude than a see-what-you-can-squeeze-from-each-other approach * Fair * Helpful * Informative (One car was custom ordered, and got status updates along the way without the need to ask) * Not your typical high-pressure, impersonal experience Thanks Kurt and BMW of Bridgeport for "winning" our business through a great experience. I've dealt with BMW of Bridgeport twice. Once for a lease and most recently for a used car purchase. Both experiences were great. John Rossetti was very friendly. His low-key, no-pressure, relaxed ap lease and most recently for a used car purchase. Both experiences were great. John Rossetti was very friendly. His low-key, no-pressure, relaxed approach was the perfect match for me. I purchased a non-BMW product and John was more than willing to do the research it took to answer any questions that I had regarding my specific car, it's make and model. Catherine Rogers, Business Manager, was also both friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you BMW of Bridgeport for a comfortable and enjoyable car purchasing experience. More
Most unprofessional staff in my many years of BMW purchasing experience. Don't bother wasting your time or money, especially you brothers and sisters.
