This is my 2nd new BMW !! Leased my first 3 series from BMW of Chattanooga in 2009, and now, this latest one, from BMW of Bridgeport. Had the good fortune of dealing directly with Tim Coughlin, Gen Mgr. Ti BMW of Chattanooga in 2009, and now, this latest one, from BMW of Bridgeport. Had the good fortune of dealing directly with Tim Coughlin, Gen Mgr. Tim laid out the figures and I bought the car right over the phone !! Tim was an hour and a half away, and there is a BMW dealer much closer, but Tim's honesty, his integrity and his desire to earn my business was apparent from the very beginning. Tim then introduced me to Kurt Kressu, who finalized the deal and made the delivery just as pleasant. Take my advice, I've dealt with BMW dealers in Tenn, Fla, and Ct... Tim Coughlin and Kurt Kressu have earned my loyalty. I will send everyone I know to see Tim and Kurt, and know when its time for my next "Bimmer"....well, just knowing I can reach out and be treated with honesty and respect......know I'll be back......need I say more ??
