The client advisors do not make constant attempts at reaching you, and they do not send multiple annoying emails a day, like other dealerships I have visited. This is my 2nd new BMW !! Leased my first 3 series from BMW of Chattanooga in 2009, and now, this latest one, from BMW of Bridgeport. Had the good fortune of dealing directly with Tim Coughlin, Gen Mgr. Ti BMW of Chattanooga in 2009, and now, this latest one, from BMW of Bridgeport. Had the good fortune of dealing directly with Tim Coughlin, Gen Mgr. Tim laid out the figures and I bought the car right over the phone !! Tim was an hour and a half away, and there is a BMW dealer much closer, but Tim's honesty, his integrity and his desire to earn my business was apparent from the very beginning. Tim then introduced me to Kurt Kressu, who finalized the deal and made the delivery just as pleasant. Take my advice, I've dealt with BMW dealers in Tenn, Fla, and Ct... Tim Coughlin and Kurt Kressu have earned my loyalty. I will send everyone I know to see Tim and Kurt, and know when its time for my next "Bimmer"....well, just knowing I can reach out and be treated with honesty and respect......know I'll be back......need I say more ?? Tom Hurley is a professional - he listened and worked with me to get the car that best fit my needs. I would use him again in the future. Best experience I've ever had buying a car. This followed a visit to other BMW dealers that preferred to use the salesman as a gate,experience during the sales process. At Bridgeport, you speak to everyone the person who appraises your trade, the manager, the owner if you want. We were so impressed - we went in for a used car and came out with both a used car and a brand new one! Ernie was awesome - even called within days to make sure everything was fine - which of course it was! More
