Finally, Jeff in Finance was able to secure a great finance rate and made the paperwork process completely painless. Though he offered a variety of add-on plans, he approached it in a friendly informative way, and was not at all pushy. This was very refreshing. All in all, everyone I worked with at the dealership was always very professional and friendly and helped to make the buying experience comfortable. Traded in a Volvo and purchased a 2010 535 Xdrive from the dealership. Found them easy to deal with especially our client advisor David Baylis. We went there with a financing rate of 2.99% in our pocket and were pleasantly surprised when David located financing at 2.59%, not a huge difference but a savings none the less. The dealership is clean and everyone there was friendly. Although this dealership is located in Bridgeport it was well worth the drive especially when the local BMW dealership in New London receives such low ratings... More
